If you are looking for a lovely, comfortable and modern apartment, not far from the beautiful and cosmopolitan town centre of Moraira, then Casa Alta is ideal for you. Located within 25 minutes walking distance from the centre, and just a 10 minute walk to some local bars, restaurants, and a supermarket.
Set inside pretty and mature Mediterranean gardens, with numerous Palm trees to shade under while sitting or laying on the soft grass, 2 large stunning communal swimming pools with a separated children's pool area, and 2 large communal BBQ Areas.
Imagine yourself relaxing on the large sunny balcony, overlooking these beautiful gardens, with a chilled glass of your favourite drink, while your own gas BBQ gently cooks your lunch or dinner.
The apartment itself is furnished to a high standard, very well equipped, modern, and comfortable. There is a lounge, dining area, open plan modern fitted kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and fitted wardrobes, and a family bathroom with shower. Hot and Cold air conditioning is installed in the lounge and both bedrooms.
On the entrance to the apartment is another comfy area where you can sit and relax enjoying the sun, and the stunning mountain views.
The apartment is on the first floor with steps leading up to the entrance. There is plenty of roadside parking available in the wide and quiet street.
This lovely apartment is ideal for a family holiday, two couples, a 'Flexcation' as working from this apartment is possible with the Free Wifi Fibre Optica 1000MB, or simply a romantic holiday. Whatever your situation, we can assure you of a very pleasant and enjoyable stay here, while you enjoy the delights of our delightful and charming Moraira, lovingly described as the gem of the Costa Blanca.

Lovely spacious apartment in a quiet area close to Moraira town centre. The gardens and grounds are well kept and ample parking on the quiet street. Brilliant air conditioning in all rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need! Lovely spacious terrace with a bbq and sofa.The 2nd bedroom would be more beneficial as twin beds to appeal more to families. The sofa in the lounge is a sofabed which is not in the description. A safe for your valuables should be provided. Paula is an attentive host, thanks so much!

Perfect chill out

This was our 3rd stay on this complex but our first in this apartment and we would highly recommend both. The location is perfect with beautiful grounds and 2 lovely pools. The apartment was spotless and decorated very well. A lovely balcony with afternoon/evening sun overlooking the grounds and a wonderful sitting area for morning coffee watching the sun rise over the valley. The booking process was simple and professional and the welcome from Paula upon arrival was great. Really enjoyed our holiday.

Wonderful location with lush communal gardens/swimming pools for a relaxing holiday

This 2 bed apartment was perfect. Great air conditioning and modern facilities for cooking and relaxing. Bedrooms really comfortable so no problems sleeping during the warm nights. Good private veranda area for sitting/eating/BBQ overlooking the quiet and beautiful communal gardens. Very peaceful and relaxing. Perfect location with local bars/cafe and supermarket within 10 mins walk. Moraira centre within 30 minutes walk or 3 mins drive with a huge variety of excellent restaurants with high quality and great value. We would highly recommend this property and we will be back again soon.

Summer holidays

Uncomfortable beds and sofas, we found hair in the bathroom, stains on cups, also the owners and the manager tried to tell us to have the air conditioning at 25, not lower! which is totally ridiculous especially in mid august in a heat wave!! We will not return or recommend this place so if you want to sleep in a comfortable bed and relax in the sofa find another place

Fantástico

Casa alta esta en una urbanizacion muy tranquila, cuidada con mimo tanto las casas como los jardines y las piscinas. La realidad es mejor que las fotos, que ya son bonitas. Resaltar la atención de Paula, un amor! Totalmente recomendable.

Prettig verblijf in mooie buurt

Het huiselijke uitgeruste appartement in voorzien van alle gemakken en ligt aan een gezamenlijke binnentuin met twee beschutte zwembaden, prachtig onderhouden tuin met indrukwekkende mediterrane bomen en planten. Wij zijn na een lange reis vriendelijk en gastvrij welkom geheten voor onze check-in door Paula. Fijn ruim balkon met uitzicht op tuin. We komen graag een keer terug in de toekomst.

La casa es muy acojedora y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar las vacaciones. Urbanizacion preciosa y tranquila. Los vecinos muy respetuosos. Volveria sin duda. Al pueblo se tarda poco y hay una zona de aparcamiento en un pinar que es gratuito.

Moraira

Few people forget their visit to Moraira, and return on holiday here year after year, having discovered the jewel in the Costa Blanca's crown.
Moraira is now one of the most exclusive and pleasant places to stay whilst on holiday on the Costa Blanca. It has all the charms of a small picturesque fishing town nestled between mountains and vineyards, and at the same time has grown to offer everything to those that stay here. The streets are a mix of quaint cobbled narrow alleys and modern avenues lined with palm trees and fountains.
Moraira has a large variety of restaurants and bars to cater for every taste and budget. As the sun goes down relax in one of the many cafe bars, watch the sea and stunning views along the coastline to Calpe, or browse the stalls of the interesting street market.
Moraira's beaches, including the beautiful picturesque El Portet beach, have clean golden sand, are nestled in attractive bays with safe swimming, and the beaches cleaned daily. The main beach is situated next to the town centre with pedestrian walkways and a park area.
Moraira offers an excellent variety of sports activities, including jet ski hire, water skiing, deep sea fishing, diving tuition and equipment hire, tennis courts, a golf course, mini golf, and mountain bike hire. For children there are specially designed park areas to play safely.
Alternatively for a great day out visit, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia, Mundomar, Font D'Algar or even Valencia for its shopping and culture.
