Everything about our stay was excellent - absolutely no quibbles about anything. This was a real home from home - everything provided that you could possibly think of. Everything was very clean and fresh.

We had a great time and wonderful stay in this clean, comfy and cozy home! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Our family of 7 used this for our home base while taking day trips all day every day during our stay. Pam and Martin were wonderful hosts and very prompt with any questions we had, would stay here again!

We felt very at home at Kinakyle. Perfect house for a large family and easy access to many local attractions. A tumble dryer would have been handy. Lovely safe garden for the children and the family dog. I can highly recommend this property.

We had a great holiday at Kinakyle.The house and gardens are way beyond expectations from the site (which were high anyway)The facilities for our grand daughte were great,we couldn't keep her out of the park. Immaculately clean and tidy and our hosts were friendly and at hand although we had no need to contact them for anything.Our party of 8 adults and 1 four year old have all agreed we'll return.Thank you Pam and Martin.

Great place, great hosts.

Lovely house with great garden, very well equipped. Worked well for 3 generations of family plus dogs. Hosts met us on arrival & were always very helpful without being intrusive. Beautiful part of Scotland with lots to do in the surrounding area.

Fantastic holiday home surrounded by amazing landscape

Absolutely lovely stay. The house was as it is in the pictures. Perfect for our vacation. Would recommend this home to anyonevwho wants to visit the highlands. Loved every minute of it!

Family holiday

Perfect property for a family holiday as all bedrooms had own facilities. Very well equipped house and huge garden with fantastic views. Grantown-on-Spey, only a 5 minute drive away, provides lots of lovely local shops where everyone was so friendly & helpful.

Great House in Fantastic Location

I cannot recommend this property high enough to do it total justice. Martin our host, met us at check in and provided a tour and all information we needed. Our check in and check out were easy and hassle free. The house is wonderfully appointed and the location is brilliant, perfect for the many day trips we did in the highlands.

Stunning

This property is in a great location and has beautiful views. Everything is provided for what you need for a stay with plenty of space. Owners are very friendly and easy to contact. Beautiful home was even decorated woth Christmas decorations to help ua celebrate.I would certainly recommend staying.
