Located in Komurluk, one of the most popular location in Kalkan, villa Pelin is within easy reach of the local beach clubs and just a 10–15-minute walk from Kalkan’s old town, harbour, shops and restaurants. For complete indulgence, the villa also boasts a private sauna and Turkish hammam, plus a games room with both a football and full-size pool table.

Lower Ground Floor
On this level you will find the wonderful Ottoman style Turkish hammam and sauna, plus a games room with pool table and football table. Also located on this level are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, each with en-suite shower room.
There is a small kitchenette between the two bedrooms and a washing machine that can be found in the cupboard under the stairs.

Ground Floor
An open-plan lounge, kitchen, dining area with full size floor to ceiling glass windows/doors flooding each room with natural light and almost bringing the outside in allowing you to enjoy the beautiful views from inside the home too. The lounge at Villa Pelin has comfortable and stylish furnishings, is fully air-conditioned and has a flat screen television. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with high specification appliances and the dining areas located at the front of the villa, maximise the impact of the sea views.

First Floor
The first floor has 2 double bedrooms both have air conditioning and shared balcony that spans the front and sides of the property, with comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the sea views.

Second Floor
This level has a further double en-suite bedroom with slanted roof and direct access to the large furnished roof terrace with spectacular panoramic views over Kalkan and the bay.
