Luxury Villa in Kisla, Kalkan Within Walking Distance to the Beach

Villa in Kalkan Kisla with large 10 m infinity pool. Very quiet area with no disturbing music or city noise and the nature is your closest neighbour.

Living area is 210 m2 and including outdoor patios and terrace’s it is a total of 390 m2. Being located in the upper part of desirable Kisla it has welcome soft breeze in the summer. 600 m to Kalkan Beach Park.
Villa Siv consists of five bedrooms, all en-suite.

The villa has a private swimming pool, BBQ, private garden with sunloungers, and two pergolas for guests to enjoy family afternoons sitting in protective shading.

Fully air-conditioned throughout the villa has balconies with amazing views to the sea and the mountains where guests can sit and relax , a wi-fi internet connection, private parking space and is only approximately 5-6 minutes walk to the local grocer. Kalkan Beach Park is only a nine minutes walk. From Kalkan Beach Park you can take the water taxi to Kalkan harbour.

- Kitchen includes full oven, hob, microwave, toaster,
fridge/freezer with coffeemaker and dishwasher and leads to
a large patio outside
- Washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothes airer
-   Living room leads to pool terraces

First floor:
- Double bedroom with King sized bed; en-suite bathroom with
shower; balcony access
- Double bedroom with King sized bed; en-suite bathroom with shower
- Twin bedroom with two single beds which can easily be
converted into a double bed

Second floor:
- Kitchenette,
- Double bedroom with King sized bed; en-suite
bathroom with shower; jacuzzi; private terrace access
- Double bedroom (will be constructed before mid May 2023) with King sized bed,
en-suite bathroom with shower. Private roof terrace.

The villa is absolutely stunning and was as depicted in the description. From amazing views and multiple seating areas, it is the perfect fit for a large family. Geir has welcomed us before our trip to ensure a smooth atribal and we have benefitted from Coskun in Kalkan who has supported us when needed which we remain very appreciative of.We would love to be back, and after 3 times in Kalkan, this is undoubtedly the best villa we have stayed in, and in the most peaceful while still very convenient area.

Amazing, beautiful and functional place to stay with friends and family, conveniently located.

Giving it 5 stars for everything except for location/area. Location is great 5, but it was a building site next door. no noise problems though, just fallen stones, which was cleared eventually obstruction.

Absolutely Perfect

We had such a wonderful time on our 14 day stay at Villa Siv. The location has the most incredible views, both during the day and at night. Just a short taxi journey to the centre of Kalkan, which is a charming town with lots of nice bars, restaurants and rooftop cocktail bars. The villa itself is spacious and clean and the outdoor space is beautiful and very peaceful. It is even better than the photos. A lovely place to stay, and we hope to be back one day. Thank you Geir (host) and team.

Amazing Villa

We had a lovely stay at Villa Siv. The Villa was clean and the air conditioning was a big win for us. The outdoor space had so much seating where we could all enjoy a drink in the evening. The shops were a short cab journey away and Kalkan has some amazing restaurants and views. We shared the villa with another family, 9 of us in total and the villa was more than big enough for us all. A great place to stay.

Absolutely perfect

We had the most wonderful 11 nights at villa Siv. It has everything you need. Even more spacious and beautiful than the pictures. And the views.. wow!! It is up a few steep hills so walking back from the little shop can be tough in the heat, but the benefit of being up there are incredible views, a much welcomed breeze and not a lot of noise. The shops will deliver for free. Taxis are very easy to get and extremely cheap. Around £3 to town when we were there, so no problem being a bit further out. This villa is ideal for one or multiple families as there are various areas to spend time in if you want some time alone. The pool is a great size and not too cold. I would just note that there is no shallow end and it’s very deep. This is great though if you’ve got confident children (or adults!) who like to make a splash entrance. The gym was a great bonus! I don’t think it was listed when we booked so a nice surprise. Geir was the perfect host. Extremely helpful, informative and easy to contact. I would recommend this listing to anyone and we hope to visit again.

Geir was good to communicate with and sent lots of information beforehand. House was very clean and very well equipped. Pool was warm and the house has a good position overlooking Kalkan.The sun disappeared behind the house / hill about 4pm, but we were there late October so the sun maybe higher in summer months??Walk to and from Kalkan was about 20 minutes each way, up and down steep roads. All of Kalkan is on a hillside so steep roads are to be expected. Taxi home is cheap and easy to get.Happy to recommend.

Ohne Einschränkungen sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren 3 Familien mit Kindern im Alter von 9 bis 13 Jahren. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet, mit hochwertigen Möbeln innen und auch im Außenbereich. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt. Es fehlt an nichts, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage der Villa ist auch sehr gut: ein Auto wird benötigt, dann kann man sehr schnell verschiedene Strände erreichen. Die Ausflugstipps, die wir von Geir erhalten haben, waren ebenso super. Die Kommunikation mit ihm und Coskun, der vor Ort zuständig ist, war unkompliziert und es wurde sehr schnell auf alle Anfragen reagiert. Insgesamt hat uns der Urlaub sehr sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Amazing experience

Geir was one of the most gracious and accommodating host. Very good at communicating and is very prompt with his response. The house manager was very attentive and extermly helpful. The house is beautiful and located in a prime spot. I will highly recommend this house. We truly had a great time. We can not wait till we visit again. Geir,thank you for making our turkey trip one to remember.
