気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、コミュニケーション
Suite did not match images or description. Unit was dirty with numerous problems.
BATHROOM
Bathroom in particular was covered in mold in and around the shower and smelled horrible. Shower constantly flooded the entire bathroom floor. Sink constantly leaked onto floor which compounded the problem. Garbage and raw sewage was stored directly outside bathroom window which contributed to smell. I asked for additional toilet paper and was told it would not be provided and that we’d have to purchase our own. Toilet brush was disgusting and covered in brown stains.
KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM
Kitchen was covered in dust and mold. Sink was placed in nonsensical location in corner which made washing dishes unwieldy. Living room couch was disgusting and covered in mysterious white stains. The fan in the air conditioning unit in this area was functional but the unit did not produce cold air. Freezer was discolored with mold. Light switches in this room were also covered in mold.
BEDROOMS
First bedroom was covered in spider webs and areas of exposed wall which revealed rust underneath. Only one functioning outlet in this room which appeared to have caught fire at some point which felt unsafe. Air conditioner in this room did not produce cold air.
The door in the second bedroom was improperly aligned and could not be opened all the way.
OTHER NOTES
Art throughout the unit was ugly, distasteful and poor quality.
Location was nice.
