We had a wonderful family break at the villa. Sonia and Jose were helpful and insured that we had everything we needed. We had a four month old baby with us and it was very baby friendly. The only issue we had with the Villa was the difficulty getting into the driveway with a very large mini van. It would be better to have a small car. However, we did manage with difficulty.The villa had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. There were so many areas to sit and relax both inside and outside. The swimming pool was beautiful and the views are outstanding.We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

Wonderful Holiday in Amazing Villa

If I could give the villa an 11 out of 10 I would.The villa is beautiful and the location is spectacular. When sitting on the terrace you have the views of Mijas in the hills and a view to the see on the right. The pool is perfect with a deep end and plenty of room. The gardens are really well maintained. Best thing of all though was Jose, who welcomed us to the villa and even took us to the supermarket as we had had some trouble with our car on the way to the villa. All through the stay he was so helpful and generous.One quick tip though is do NOT get a giant car (we had a 7 seater Mercedes V-series). The roads can be a little tight, and the turn into the villa is sharp, so avoid giant cars. Also 'Waze' as a satnav will take you to a dead end which is a nightmare to U-turn in so avoid and use Google Maps which worked fine Overall though I can't recommend the villa enough its such a beautiful location and lovely place. We thoroughly intend to visit again

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en de tuin met zwembad is prachtig!Vriendelijke en gastvrije hostEnige minpuntje voor ons was dat de 4e slaapkamer eigenlijk een verlengstuk van de keuken is en dus geen privacy bied

Mijas Villa

Absolutely beautiful villa set in an excellent location. Gardens and pool are immaculate, our host José could not have been more helpful. The villa itself was spotless and has everything you need for a family stay. Car hire is essential though if you are planning on self catering as you are not very close to the nearest supermarket.

An Amazing Vacation

Jose and Sonia were excellent hosts for our three week stay in Mijas! The house was better than the description provided and offered abundant amenities and amazing views! Jose met us at the house and spent ample time reviewing everything with us. The location of the house is excellent - about 10 minutes to the Mijas Pueblo main plaza and 15 minutes to Fuengirola. The beds were comfortable, with air conditioning in each room, extra linens and many seating areas. The common areas were well-appointed, especially the kitchen which had everything we needed to cook meals. We ate meals by the pool, by the fish pond and on the rear patio. The choice is yours!!! The pool and gardens were wonderful. Note that the pool was not heated, but in the summer it was perfect on hot, sunny days. A barbecue is provided which we used three times. It uses coal which is available at most supermarkets. The gardens are stunning to walk around each morning. Multiple lemon trees are on the property which you can pick from. You even get to feed the koi fish in the pond! Everything worked perfectly in the entire home during our stay. Overall, after our first week we felt the home was our own, and loved coming back to it after shopping or going to the beach. Small car is recommended for the driveway and the road leading up to it as it can be tricky with a larger vehicle. Thank you to both Sonia and Jose for being gracious hosts. We look forward to visiting next year!!!

Glorious villa and site

Wonderful hosts who did everything to make our stay comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble and when we realised the toaster did not work, a new one arrived within a couple of hours. The villa is immaculate and beautifully maintained with the most glorious garden and amazing views over to Mija pueblo and beyond. The villa had all the basic essentials one would need and Jose was so kind in providing us with basic groceries for the start of our stay as we were late arrivals. We cannot praise this villa too highly, and would recommend it to anyone. You would need a car though, but you do in most places. Thank you Sonia, Jose and family. A holiday of wonderful weather, good golf and perfect location. Love and best wishes from us all. Charlotte, Mike, Loretta and Keith.

A Truly Amazing Property!

Just returned from a 10 day stay at the villa, and all we can think about is going back. The experience starts with the owners, Sonia and Jose. Such lovely people and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The villa it’s self is located on a beautiful piece of land with unbelievable views of the hills of Mijas above down to the sea in Fuengirola. The villa is extremely comfortable and spacious, with lots of places to sit, dine and relax. It is also exceptional clean. It has everything you will need, the owners have thought of everything. But the showstopper has to be the pool and the outside space. The pictures just do not do the place enough justice. My kids would spend the whole day in the pool, whilst the adults would relax poolside or under the the newly erected pergola. The beautifully manicured gardens are just stunning. If you are looking for things to do locally I would highly suggest going to Mijas Peublo, the little hilltop town is just breathtaking, with donkey and horse rides through the small traditional roads, numerous tapas bars and restaurants. The view down to the sea with take your breathe away. For local amenities, you have a choice of Lidl, Aldi and Tesco down in Fuengirola about 15 mins away. All in all, what a great place to stay, there are just no faults. We will definitely be spreading the word and look to go back very soon.

Sehr schöne Villa mit Pool und traumhaften Garten

Die Villa entspricht allen Fotos sehr genau. Sie hat einen großen Pool, einen traumhaften Garten und bietet Meerblick. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben, es ist von allem ausreichend da ( Geschirr, Handtücher, Strandtücher ) Der Besitzer und seine Tochter waren überaus gastfreundlich und für jegliche Art von Hilfe sofort zur Seite. Ich würde die Villa jedem wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Ein großes Dankeschön an Sonia und José

Wat een complete villa om te huren. Ligging is heerlijk rustig en alles binnen 20 min aan te rijden met de auto. Villa zelf is groot en ruim. Inventaris is compleet. In elke badkamer shampoo & badschuim, in elke slaapkamer muggen stekkers. Van A tot Z verzorgd. Heel gijn contact met de eigenaren. Het was een heerlijke vakantie

Villa hienolla puutarhalla

Siisti ja hyvin hoidettu Villa sopivan matkan päässä palveluista ja rannasta. Hieno näköalat. Suosittelen auton vuokraamista kulkemiseen. Omistaja oli avulias. Sitruunoita sai kerätä puutarhasta. Keittiö oli hyvin varusteltu ja oleskelu tiloja oli reilusti.
