Geräumige, moderne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Stadtteil Condesa, direkt gegenüber einem wunderschönen Park. Diese zeitgemäße Wohnung bietet einen komfortablen und stilvollen Wohnraum in einer der begehrtesten Gegenden der Stadt. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind so gestaltet, dass sie Ruhe und Privatsphäre gewährleisten. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett und einen geräumigen Kleiderschrank. Die Küche ist komplett mit modernsten Geräten ausgestattet, darunter Herd, Backofen und Kühlschrank.

Diese geräumige Wohnung verfügt über einen großen, offenen Wohnbereich mit integrierter Küche. Sie hat zwei Schlafzimmer, beide mit großen Kleiderschränken und Queen-Size-Betten; das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Das zweite Badezimmer befindet sich außerhalb des zweiten Schlafzimmers. Außerdem gibt es drei Balkone: einen im Hauptschlafzimmer, einen in der Mitte der Wohnung und einen weiteren im Wohnbereich.

Ich freue mich immer darauf, dir den bestmöglichen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Melde dich also gerne bei mir – ich melde mich auf jeden Fall so schnell wie möglich bei dir zurück. Mir ist es wirklich wichtig, dass du dich wie zu Hause fühlst.

Condesa ist ein unkonventionelles Viertel, in dem du dich von Natur umgeben fühlst. Hier findest du trendige Cafés, Buchläden, Kunstgalerien und tolle Orte für den Sonntagsbrunch.

Das Viertel verbindet nahtlos Geschichte, Kultur und einen pulsierenden Lebensstil. Seine architektonische Schönheit, die Grünflächen, die kulturellen Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Gastronomieszene und die einzigartige Atmosphäre machen es zu einem beliebten Ziel für Einheimische und Besucher gleichermaßen. Egal, ob du durch die Parks schlenderst, eine Mahlzeit in einem trendigen Restaurant genießt oder in das künstlerische Angebot eintauchst – Condesa wird sicher einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen.

U-Bahn: Die nächstgelegenen U-Bahn-Stationen sind Chapultepec, Sevilla, Chilpancingo oder Juanacatlán, die nur einen kurzen Fußweg (15 Minuten) von der Nuevo-León-Straße entfernt liegen. Von hier aus verbindet dich das U-Bahn-Netz mit verschiedenen wichtigen Zielen in der Stadt.
Busse in Laufnähe: Tamaulipas (3 Minuten) und Parque México (5 Minuten)
Mitfahrdienste: Uber, DiDi und andere Mitfahrdienste sind in Mexiko-Stadt weit verbreitet. Du kannst ganz einfach über dein Smartphone eine Fahrt bestellen und dein Ziel erreichen, ohne mühsam ein Taxi anhalten zu müssen.
Zu Fuß: Condesa ist bekannt für seine fußgängerfreundlichen Straßen und von Bäumen gesäumten Alleen. Die Nuevo-León-Straße selbst ist eine charmante, fußgängerfreundliche Durchgangsstraße mit einer Vielzahl von Restaurants, Cafés, Geschäften und Parks in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Das Gebäude verfügt sowohl über einen Aufzug als auch über Treppen, sodass du dich je nach Vorliebe entscheiden kannst.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was exceptionally clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, and parking was hassle-free. The garden is absolutely stunning, and the pool gate is major—it is expertly installed, looks fantastic, and adds great peace of mind. Carmen was an incredible host, welcoming and highly responsive throughout our stay. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend it!

From start to finish the villa and the holiday was perfect! The hosts were fantastic with communication, the villa was spotlessly clean with everything you needed for your stay! Perfecto what a lovely home, even better than the photos. We so enjoyed the outside kitchen, we never used the inside one! We also used the outside shower everyday too.The villa is very well appointed and so clean. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise.The garden was beautiful and the pool very inviting. We had a lovely stay in this quiet area but close to the town, a car is essential. Our hosts were there to meet us and explained how everything worked, and very friendly. We would definitely stay if visiting the area again. Thank you Carmen.

Amazing trip for my hen party here. The hosts were great really responsive and met us at the property when we arrived. So clean, lovely pool and just great all round! Would highly recommend.

Cannot recommend this villa enough! As has been said in a previous review, the photographs on the listing do not do the property justice! The villa is absolutely stunning, and the longer you stay, the more detials you notice. From the traditional wooden beams, to the intricate brick and tile work to the beautifully manicured gardens. Approaching the time of the holiday, communication with the hosts was via Whatsapp and they were very good at coming back to us with details of checking in etc.Carmen and Miguel met us at the propery to welcome us and show us around including instructions on how to operate the air con and blinds etc. Both Miguel and Carmen were very warm and welcoming to their home and we felt at ease straight away.During our stay Miguel was very quick to come back to us regarding various questions we had and nothing seemed like too much trouble.The vill ais very well equipped both in the main kitchen and the outdoor kitchen, with eveerything we needed for a 2 week stay. All 3 bedrooms are very spaciaous and well decorated with more than ample storage in each room. Beds were very comfortable. All bathrooms had water pressure from the showers we can only dream about at home!! Given the chance we would happily return to this villa for a holiday if we are visting the area again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday Carmen and Miguel!

Amazing

We had a amazing holiday , the villa was what we were expecting and more and had everything you could need and more. Lovely views of the mountains with amazing sunsets . The property manager was excellent and couldn’t be more helpful gave us update correct information on how to use public transport and always on hand if we had any questions

The villa was much nicer than we expected — the photos on the listing really don’t do it justice. In reality, it’s far better than the pictures show.The layout is superb, with everything you could possibly need. The garden is beautiful, and the pool is amazing — this villa truly made our holiday special.The hosts were also incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, even assisting me with an issue I had regarding my hire car.Overall, a fantastic experience for me and my family — highly recommended!

Amazing Villa

Description and pictures are absolutely spot on. The villa is every bit as good as advertised. Things we loved about our 4-week stay: * Garden and pool area are great to relax with loungers and parasols * Two working, fully equipped kitchens (one indoors and one outdoors) * Villa, garden and pool are not overlooked, so you'll have total privacy * Swimming pool uses salt water chlorination rather than chlorine, so no red eyes or terrible smell on swimming gear * Fast broadband connection, suitable for remote work Mari Carmen was a brilliant host, very friendly and responsive when we had questions.

The Villa is beautiful. The grounds are really well kept and the house is spotless. The property matches the listing perfectly, if anything is say it's even nicer in reality. We spent the whole week outside in the outdoor living area which has everything you need, including a shower / bathroom. The property is fully air conditioned. There is a nearby town around 10 minutes walk, las Laguna's - shops, bars, restaurants and a gelato shop which our daughter loved. You can also get a cab to Malaga in around 30 minutes which is well worth it, it's a beautiful place. You do have to walk along a busy road to get anywhere if you leave the villa - it was fine for us but getting around is definitely easier if you rent a car. The villa has a parking area inside the grounds behind the security gate which is ideal.The owners are really friendly and helpful but leave you in peace to relax. One of the best family holidays we've had, such an amazing week! Thank you Carmen and Miguel!

The photos did not do this villa justice (and these were what attracted the attention of it in the first place), it was simply beautiful inside and out - the grounds were perfectly manicured and pool topped up regularly.The villa was well equipped with everything we needed, the bedrooms are all a good size and there was not one but two kitchens!! We didn’t realise how much of a positive the outdoor kitchen was until we started using it but you can grab a drink or snack, prepare dinner and eat at the table all whilst having a good view of the swimming pool. There’s even an toilet / shower room that can be accessed from outside which stops the kids running back indoors dripping wet. The Villa is set just off a road and out of the way yet within about 20mins of Fuengirola, Torremolinos and Mijas Pueblo and about 30mins from Malaga airport and the outlets. The Villa and grounds are so peaceful and the sunsets in the mountains are beautiful to watch. Miguel was there to meet us upon arrival to give us the tour and Mari-Carmen responded to any requests straight away. They were both lovely and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our time spent in their Villa.

Short Break

This was an amazing villa which catered for all our family needs. The communication with the owner was very efficient from when booked 2 weeks prior to the stay. The owner contacted me via whatsapp with google map linked directions. The pictures on the advertisement are true to real life, the villa is vast and with three good size bedrooms. The property was immaculately cleaned with no dust in site. There was all cultery available for guested with indoor and outdoor cooking options There was a variety , plates, pots , pans etc. They had a L'OR coffee machine with provided pods which was an extra bonus. The fridge/ freezer provided more than enough room for produce and food items. All the electrical appliances are in full operational order. There was towels, hand wash all supplied which is not a common occurence with rental properties. The bathrooms are eye catching with amazing design and features, there is plenty of dining tables to eat in and out doors. The pool was extremely clean , the pool side was pristine was around 6/7 loungers/ sun loungers. The plants , palm trees had an tranquil feelings and a sense of calm. The garden was very eye catching and well maintained, this was a paradise away from home. The views from the villa of the over looking hills are breathtaking. The villa is very private away from the world, the host met us on the day and showed us around the complex. We would recommend this villa, alot of care and attention has been given

Plenty of room in the villa, the garden and pool is a great size, private and not overlooked, the outdoor kitchen has everything and the gas bbq is very convenient. There is a couple of restaurants and a small shop a short walk away(6 min maybe). We used taxi’s a lot as didn’t want to hire a car however the taxi price wasn’t expensive (10 euro to Fuengirola beach). The communication with the host was excellent, I would definitely recommend this villa and we would stay here again.

This was one of the best Villa stays I’ve ever had! The Villa is gorgeous and in a great location. It has everything you might need for a holiday. The hosts are fantastic and very accommodating. The check in and check out process was smooth. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the garden and pool area is beautiful. I would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to come back one day soon. Thank you again for everything!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the villa, so much so we didn't want to leave! The pictures online don't do the villa justice, seeing it in person is a must. The grounds and pool were beautiful and the perfect space to unwind and relax, there is both indoor and outdoor cooking facilities and several areas to dine whether it be something quick, a bbq or a more formal occasion, everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay.The hosts Miguel and Carmen are wonderful and always available for any help if needed, and the gardener Antonio is such a lovely guy always smiling keeping the villa grounds in first class condition.Thanks for a great holiday!We will definitely be back.Lindsay, Paul and family
