A third bedroom on this floor is equipped with a french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private bathroom complete with bath, bidet, and WC, as well as electric heating and a fan. Also on this level, an open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate shower room with WC and a boiler with a capacity of 100 litres complete the lower ground floor.
On the upper floor, a fourth bedroom features a french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private bathroom with bath, bidet, and WC, electric heating, and a fan.
