This beautiful stone house with pool is located in Privlaka in Zadar County. Privlaka is an oasis of sandy bays, an ideal destination for a family vacation, a place of long fishing tradition and living stories and legends. The place abounds in long, shallow, sandy beaches that are perfect for family tourism.
Villa Mediteran is only 250 m away from the beautiful sandy beach, so from the balcony you can enjoy in a soothing view of the sea and islands. The villa consists of ground floor and first floor, and can accommodate up to 5 people. The ground floor has two bedrooms with shared bathroom. Stairs lead you to the upper floor where there is a kitchen, a living room, a dining room and another bathroom. The villa is surrounded by a high wall so complete privacy is ensured. In the yard is a private pool with the possibility of heating. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers. There is also a barbecue to enjoy in traditional Mediterranean specialties.
