I reserved this cabin for my fiancé and his son to celebrate his 21st birthday. And to give him some father and son bonding time, which is a rare pleasure. Nestled along the Wind River in Dubois, Wyoming, this wonderful property Is everything he had hoped for. The cottage hugs a stocked trout pond with panoramic views of the Absaroka Mountains and the Wind River curling the front of the ranch . The property was exceptionally neat with anything you might need, including an awesome coffee maker, large fridge, bear spray for the back forty curious and a perfect deck to enjoy the evening peace. If you are coming to hike, The Grand Tetons are about an hour’s ride to the trailhead. The little sleepy town of Dubois is twenty minutes from the cabin and offers a myriad of eateries to grab an elk burger or enjoy a juicy steak. If you prefer a town with a lot more action and activities, then take a day trip to Jackson Hole. The town is right out of a story book with amazing shops, food spots, art galleries and of course a fly fishing shop for those itching anglers. Their hosts for the week, Anna and Lelio, were nothing short of warm and friendly. They catered to anything they needed and shared a little history about their lovely acreage. Thank you for the great experience for my family. It was nothing short of spectacular!
