Located in a new residential construction, this apartment offers extraordinary amenities. Enjoy the splendid communal pool surrounded by lush gardens and play areas for children. Additionally, you can play paddle tennis and secure your vehicle in the private parking space in the same building.
This three-bedroom accommodation features a master bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything you need for a worry-free vacation. The living-dining room, with a double sofa bed, connects to a terrace offering exceptional views of the sea and the Vega of Torre del Mar.
Situated on the outskirts of Torre del Mar, in a peaceful area just a ten-minute walk from the center and less than 200 meters from the beach. This apartment is ideal for winter getaways and unforgettable summer vacations, taking advantage of the magnificent climate that Torre del Mar offers, considered one of the best in Europe.
Torre del Mar is a complete tourist destination, with its charming promenade, diverse beaches, and exceptional cuisine. Additionally, its strategic location provides easy access to other points of interest in the Axarquía region, such as Nerja, Frigiliana, Vélez-Málaga, and Comares. Just a 25-minute drive from the capital and less than an hour from Granada, your vacation will become a unique experience of sun, beach, culture, gastronomy, and mountains.
We accept pets with a small additional fee per stay and offer airport transfer service for an additional fee!
