Located on the beachfront overlooking the sea, very close to the center of Almuñecar. The urbanization consists of community parking, two swimming pools, tennis court, paddle tennis court, basketball court, table tennis, etc. There are two restaurants in the urbanization and surveillance 24 hours a day.
The apartment consists of a bedroom and living room with kitchenette. It is fully equipped with air conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room, sofa bed, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, flat TV, iron, hair dryer, sheets, towels and all the necessary household items in the kitchen. It has wifi connection.
