The villa is gracefully positioned in the northern side of the island, on the Akrotiri peninsula. The stone-built villa of 200m² is nestled right alongside the wild Mediterranean landscape and overlooks the lovely bay of Souda. The building's plot totals 3.700m²and is surrounded by wild vegetation, some endemic Cretan herbs, olive trees, citrus trees, tropical plants and a vineyard.

The area of Akrotiri became widely famous, when the shooting of the award-winning movie "Zorba the Greek" took place there, back in 1964.

The villa is quite spacious, has four (4)bedrooms and accommodates up to nine (9) people. Benefiting from mesmerizing views of the mountainous backdrop and the enchanting Cretan sea, this villa is the ideal solution for those looking to spend their vacation in Crete, as it is just 7,5km away from the city of Chania and the Old Venetian Harbor. Beautiful beaches such as Marathi, Loutraki, Kalathas and Stavros are easily reachable by car and the airport is just 6 km away from the villa.
The villa's interior, decorated with artworks of famous Greek painters, creates a friendly and cosy atmosphere. Visitors are impressed by the smart design of the villa, offering a luxury living that emphasizes on quality and spaciousness.

This substantial, two-storey, fully-furnished 200m² villa is set on a total area of 3600m², surrounded by olive trees, carob trees and sub-tropical plants.

The ground floor comprises a spacious, light-brighted, fully-equipped kitchen area, a cozy living room with a fireplace and a big bathroom. One of the four bedrooms is also found on this floor, boasting great views of the scenery, while the other three bedrooms are found on the second floor, enjoying an amazing view of the breathtaking bay of Souda and the famous White Mountains, from the lovely terrace. Each bedroom is fully-furnished and has its own closet. An extra baby cot can be placed in two of the bedrooms upon request. The second floor also consists of two more bathrooms with a handy washing machine.

As mentioned above, the kitchen is fully equipped; A dishwasher, a large freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a juicer and an electric oven is at the guest's disposal.

The outdoor space is covered in grass (300m²), where a stone garden of native vegetation is also available. There are also two (2) swimming pools of 40m² and 11m², the last of which is suitable for children. Other amazing features include the large outdoor chessboard and the BBQ area, which is ideal for endless hours of relaxation.
