The property is owned by Rebecca, who has lived in the property, and is managed by friend Liz. Liz lives just around the corner and has been a York local for many years. Liz is a florist and arranges regularly at York Minster and other local hotels and venues. Liz knows most things about York that a guest might need to know.

The property offers all the home comforts you might need plus a touch of luxury. Enjoy cosying up in the lounge with the log burner or dining outside with the six seater table and BBQ. The kitchen is a great place to hang out with Sonos sound system in-built, underfloor heating (have toasty toes as you make a coffee with our cafetière or Nespresso machine or a Yorkshire tea with Dualit kettle and le Creuset mugs), browse Rebecca’s cookbooks or prepare a dinner with Bora and Neff appliances served on Denby crockery and Alessi cookery. Put the cocktails on ice with the help of the ice making machine and sip filtered water direct from the F&P fridge freezer. Let Miele do the washing up for you before heading to bed on Simba and V spring mattresses for a quiet night’s sleep in this residential area. There are two bathrooms, both with wet room showers. If it’s heading out that appeals, all of York’s restaurants and bars are within easy reach. Even the other side of town takes 20 mins to reach on foot.
