A breathtaking terrace on the bay of Sant'Elia with a romantic view of Capo Zafferano, the Kafara beach and its crystal clear sea.
The vibrant city of Palermo is only one bay further (30 min driving). Casa Trionfante is a panoramic apartment in Mediterranean style located on the first floor of a villa in a privileged position on the sea: on foot you can reach not only the beach but also the beautiful Caletta di Sant'Elia and several restaurants.

The apartment boasts a covered waterfront terrace, direct access to the sea (a private and pleasant walk of about 100 steps) and a shared garden. Of the three bedrooms - all with air-conditioning - one has a ensuite toilet. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. You will find another shower in the garden, perfect for washing off the sand after a day at the beach. The spacious living room has a small sofa bed (120cm) and leads to the kitchen that in turn opens onto the magnificent terrace where you can dine and enjoy a glass of wine looking at the infinity of sea.

All in all Casa Trionfante is an outstanding location for families and couples who want to enjoy the sea, the mediterranean life as well as explore Northern Sicily and its unforgettable capital.

A free parking space is available during the low season. Otherwise, parking is available nearby at a cost of €5 per day.

The apartment was super nice and spacious and the view from the terrace was amazing, even more breathtaking than in the pictures! The private entry to the beach was very convenient and the the water was super clear and warm enough to stay in for a longer while (we were there in the beginning of October). The hosts were very helpful, even helped us to ordered pizza when we arrived and always responded fast at all of our questions. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a peaceful and relaxing vacation!

Misleading

The photos were deceiving. Views were good, but the area was depressed and not a good tourist destination. The apartment was only air conditioned in the bedrooms. Beds poor, hot water in only one bathroom. Would not recommend.

Dear Louis, we are very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. Unfortunately, you spent the week in the midst of bad weather and the mistral at the sea. There is one full bathroom and an ensuite-toilet with only a hand basin. This is a small room and does not contain a water heater. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and the beds are new.

We very much enjoyed our 3 week stay at this lovely apartment. It exceeded our expectations, as we thought it was better than the photos and the description. For part of our stay, we had two others (family) join us from the UK. The three bedrooms worked perfectly and the large common areas made it very comfortable for all four of us. The location was great within Sicily, making it a reasonable drive or train ride into Palermo, but we also used this as a base to visit other areas of the island. The view is spectacular. The balcony was an amazing place to enjoy our morning breakfast; shaded during the day; peaceful in the evenings. Nice having easy access to the beach. It is a relatively short walk into Porticello (15-20 min) for several restaurants. We also shopped local (often in Aspra - 5 min drive) and enjoyed preparing some meals and enjoying the view. Guiseppe was great! He quickly addressed minor maintenance issues and provided great local recommendations. Grazie Mille!

We were a party of 6 (all adults) for a one week stay. This is a large apartment within a house with a balcony offering a beautiful view of the sea. You have full privacy, private and direct access to the small beach (little sand there but mostly small pebbles) and the house is well stocked. The owners (I only met Giuseppe and Michele) are super friendly, really nice and attentive to details: bathrooms are stocked with shampoos & conditioners for example. The kitchen is also well equipped with all necessary amenities. We found a welcome basket on the kitchen table with foods, wine and water that was a really nice touch! They have good functioning AC inside each of the 3 bedrooms - which was a must this summer - but not throughout the house. Instead opening windows and the balcony will provide a breeze throughout the rest of the house outside of the bedrooms. We had a great vacation in that house and recommend it to anyone looking for a little slice of Sicilian paradise.

Leiligheten var helt fantastisk, området er vakkert og vi hadde et helt fantastisk opphold! Kort avstand til å gå inn til byen, nydelig strand rett ved og nært både matbutikk og andre restauranter. Vi havde lånt denne skønne lejlighed med den smukke beliggenhed i 14 dage. Alt var som lovet, og vores søde vært var sød, hjælpsom og meget hurtig til at svare. Vi kunne tydeligt mærke at det var vigtigt for ham, at vi fik en god oplevelse på vores ferie- stort tak for din hjælpsomhed og smilende måde at tage i mod os på. Især kan den smukke altan med den bedste udsigt fremhæves. Perfekt i den varme, dejlig kølig og skygge og stadig kun 102 trin ned til dejlig strand med skønt varmt vand. Og lejligheden dejlig kølig med aircondition i soveværelserne. Mange dejlige restauranter i gå afstand fra lejligheden. Vi var meget positiv efter vores første oplevelse med sicilien, meget smukt, venligt og dejligt folk.Tak for en dejlig ferie. Den kan klart anbefales til andre.

Es war einfach fantastisch. Wir waren zum 2. Mal in in diesem wunderschönen Haus und sind wieder begeistert. Guiseppe war immer erreichbar und hat uns bei kleineren Problemen sofort geholfen. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Das beste ist natürlich die unschlagbare Aussicht und der kurze Weg zum Strand. Santa Flavia ist für uns der Beste Ausgangspunkt, um die Region um Palermo zu erkunden. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und schön hergerichtet. Die Terrasse ein Traum. Die Kommunikation sehr einfach und hilfsbereit. Und wirklich gefreut haben wir uns über das großzügige Willkommenspaket mit allem Notwendigen für den ersten Abend. Das Doppelbett war sehr gemütlich. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für das doch schon in die Jahre gekommene Bad und die Schlafcouch wäre für Erwachsene eher ungemütlich (hängt in der Mitte durch). Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß über einen privaten Abgang erreichbar. Das Wasser sehr sauber und toll zum Schnorcheln. Der Strand ist (allerdings) ein Naturstrand. Im ersten Teil viel getrocknetes Seegras am Strand und der Sand grob. Zum schnell Schwimmengehen aber gut geeignet. Tipp: Mückenspray einpacken.

Vi havde et skønt ophold i lejligheden. Vi blev budt velkommen af Guiseppe, som introducerede os til lejligheden og området. Der var kolde drikke i køleskabet og en kurv med snacks og ingredienser til en lille ret. Lejligheden er meget rummelig, sengene gode og airconditioningen fungerer godt. Vi elskede udsigten fra terrassen og nød at bade fra den lille strand. Vi kan varmt anbefale et ophold her.

Wir sind sehr nett von Guiseppe empfangen worden. Sein Bruder Salvatore und er waren immer für uns ansprechbar. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt! Wir haben auch einen Willkommensgruss erhalten, mit Snacks und Wein. Sogar Nudeln und Tomatensoße für ein erstes Essen, waren dabei.???? Die Wohnung in der Casa Trionfante ist sehr groß und hat alles was man braucht. Das ganze Haus wird kontinuierlich restauriert, wir wurden aber dadurch überhaupt nicht gestört. Man hat einen Zugang direkt zum steinigen Strand. In unserer Wohnung war ein Sonnenschirm und 2 Liegen vorhanden, die man gut mit zum Strand nehmen konnte. Wenn man mit 6 Personen dort übernachtet ist allerdings ein Badezimmer zu wenig. Für uns 3 hat es aber vollkommen gereicht, denn eine extra Toilette ist vorhanden. Alles in allem können wir sagen…vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Absolutely wonderful place, spacious house and access to the most beautiful peaceful beach set in breathtaking scenery of mountains and beautiful plants. Our hosts were so helpful, kind and considerate, we could not fault them. We visited in October with my toddler son and my parents in their 70s and we all had a fabulous time, it was warm enough to swim in the sea but not crowded at any of the popular sights nearby. We found we needed a car to explore further afield but there were a couple of brilliant local restaurants that we visited, recommend by our hosts. The house itself is fantastic, with everything you could need for a stay by the sea and the most amazing terrace for peaceful breakfasts and afternoon drinks looking out at cap zaffareno. Highly recommended !

We were three couples from three generations and spent one week in early October in Santa Flavia. The apartment is simply a little paradise: The beautiful view from the terrace, the garden and the directly accessible beach are great. The beach is clean and the water crystal clear. Salvatore is a very committed host and with his many tips he helped us to have a very nice stay. He was very easy to contact and always answered promptly. The flat is located in a safe and clean neighbourhood and is an ideal starting point for trips to Palermo, Cefalù and Trapani. To come to Palermo we recommend to leave the car at Santa Flavia station and take the train. The beautiful harbours of S. Elia and Porticello can be reached by foot. You can also by fresh fish directly from the fishermen. A supermarket with good offers is a 10 min walk away. For dinner a great restaurant and pizzeria is just over the street (better reserve a table before as it is quite famous for its pizza!). An absolute recommendation!

We loved our stay in Santa Flavia and the hospitality of our hosts, they were so responsive to our requests. They organised a lovely chef's dinner (an extra cost of course) which was a highlight. The house was beautifully presented and very clean. It has a lovely view and is right on (a short walk down some steps) a pretty beach. Highly recommended.

Perfect flat for a holiday to Sicily. Stunning view from the balcony. Lovely beach located right by the flat, with clear water and lots of fish - great for scuba diving. Several nice restaurants in 5-10 minutes walk from the flat. Supermarket 10 minutes walk from the flat. Salvatore and Guiseppe were state of the art hosts! They welcomed us with a little basket of care products, and drove us to the supermarked when we arrived. They helped us with transport back to the airport, and was always available for answering our questions. The airbnb is very well equipped, with coffee machine, and everything you need for cooking big meals. The flat feels bigger than it seems from the photos, and all bedrooms are equipped with aircondition. We loved it here, and we would love to come back!

Wir trafen auf sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig, sauber und man hat sich super wohl gefühlt. Absolutes Highlight ist natürlich die Terasse mit traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Zudem ist man nur wenige Treppenstufen vom Strand entfernt. Alles in einem sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Amazing apartment, great location, very clean but most of all THE VIEW. The owners are very friendly and helps you with everything you need, such as restaurant recommendations and taxi reservations. The apartment is great for both couple and friends, very nice to be able to make nice dinners in the full equipped kitchen and the amazing view. 5 out of 5 stars, we will come back!

Immaculate Villa

The Host was responsive, helpful, generous, the most accommodating Host I have met through using VRBO for 20+ years. The Villa is located below the Host’s family home and on the same floor as another rental (empty when we were there) and a hotel up the hill but very private. The Villa is immaculately clean, including every little thing the dishes, sconces, pictures on wall, everything very clean including the gorgeous terrace (we had just come from up north where the outdoor terrace had not been cleaned). The view from the terrace is gorgeous and relaxing morning and night and we spent a lot of time there. The well manicured grounds of this Villa and surrounding properties adding to the loveliness. Well stocked with amenities and the Host stayed in touch to find out if we needed anything including tips and info. There is a nice restaurant, Can Caus, with super reasonable prices (my husband had the best steak platter for 21 euros we saw on the menu in Amalfi for 80) a quick walk about a minute across the street (but we needed reservations, came during peak season in July). A great casual pizza & burger place we ate at 3 times, Spizzuliamu, and could have had pizza delivered is a 3 minute walk away on same side of street. Another couple of minutes away from Spizzuliamu is Sant E’lia’s little seaside village with good places to eat and little stores. The beds were very comfy, the heated outdoor shower with door very nice, quick beach access by stairs. I think Spring time in this Villa would be heaven, lots of windows to let in natural sunlight. Things to know: a/c in bedrooms only, cannot flush toilet paper, as with everyplace we stayed in Italy the steps could be challenging for seniors, the beach is very busy and full, of course, in summer with parking lot full, a snack shack with chairs and umbrellas for rent that plays music on weekends, so there is beach noise during day but quiets down in the late afternoon and one evening around 6pm we had the beach to ourselves for a lovely swim. I will always hold special memories in my heart of this lovely villa with amazing terrace. 5 stars Host & Villa.

We had a fantastic stay at Giulia's Airbnb. It was a beautiful home with private access to the beach and a view to die for. The airbnb was spotless with brilliant amenities (washing machine, TVs, coffee machines, excellent wifi etc. etc.) The airbnb hosts are by far the best hosts I have ever come across. They gave us contact recommendations for restaurants hiring boats and local attractions , picked us up from the airport when our flight was delayed until 4am, offered us use of the kayak and left us a lot of food and wine when we arrived. I could not offer higher praise for this airbnb and the hosts. This airbnb is a must visit. thank you!
