This is really a unique Studio with 2 large, amazing bowindows/terraces, on Piazza del Campo.
This square represents, for each person that was born in Siena, a really special place.
Piazza del Campo is not just a square, it is the place of eternity, the place where all centuries, from the birth of the town until today, are fused together, and with them all the people that were born there, Century by Century
It is not a thing to explain but to feel and this apartment is perfect to understand and live it: book this studio and you will understand,
It has a lift to arrive at the entrance door, a modern bathroom, a very conformable sofa bed and well equipped and modern kitchen. A wooden table to have lunch and breackfast in front of this spectacular view, will do the rest.

Apartment overlooking the Campo

Apartment has amazing view directly on the campo. Everything was an easy walk from this location. Apartment was spotless. The host was very helpful with suggestions and info for restaurants, parking, and attractions.

Absolutely wonderful experience; an incredible location overlooking the Campo; very sweet, friendly hosts, who welcomed us with fresh fruit from their farm. I am convinced there is no better place to stay, in the entire city of Siena.

Stunningly beautiful view and fabulous location

We loved this charming studio apartment on the beautiful Piazza de Campo. Two wooden doors open on to Juliet balconies perched several floors above the cafes and historic buildings of the Campo - the view is breathtaking! The website photos accurately represent this lovely unit. The apartment has a modern well-equipped kitchen and large bathroom. The double sofa bed has a thick, comfortable mattress that provided restful sleep. The location is ideal for exploring Siena! The host is professional, punctual and delightful! We look forward to visiting again!

Truly unique

The position is magnificent and our stay was a success for that reason alone. Luisa, who acted as hostess to receive us and say farewell was charming and efficient. We suggest one or two small improvements: a shelf or two in the bathroom (I had to keep my toilet bag on the bathroom floor and my wife's were in the kitchen) and removal of the clutter of pottery candlesticks. But thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Perfection!

We spent ten days in this little jewel box in the sky! Louisa was so very nice and helpful and always available if needed. She had lots of nice supplies and comforts. The view is spectacular and you are in the middle of everything! Be prepared to have lots of action on the Campo morning to night. Everything is at your doorstep.

Cozy Campo View

We loved the unbeatable location and the view down onto the Campo! The apartment makes clever use of a small space. The sofa bed was simple to operate and very comfortable. We enjoyed meeting the owner, which is increasingly rare these days for short-term rentals, and we appreciated the assistance with parking and luggage and the warm welcoming touches such as breakfast supplies and toiletries. The Campo was noisy at night, but the option of closing the windows and using the aircon instead was possible - and we actually enjoyed hearing the late-night contrada songs and drumming as part of the local scene. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay for a downtown Siena experience

Idyllic location for our short stay in Siena. It is very close to restaurants, shopping, small grocery stores etc. Our car was conveniently accommodated at a nearby parking garage that alleviated some stress for us. It couldn’t have had a better view! We were very happy.

AWESOME PLACE IN SIENA

Awesome! Luisa is the best such a nice lady!! Gave us all these tips on dining and things to do in Siena. Location is fabulous in the heart of eveything! When we left to Milan Luisa was met us at apartment right on time. Apartment is spotless. Really nothing negative about our experience!! Gratzie Luisa !!! Hope to see you soon!!

Lovely apartment

Lovely experience, we didn’t pick up that it was a sofa bed, however it was no different to a normal bed - very comfy, would return happily.

Siena a hidden gem.

The property was wonderful. Location was convenient and it was clean. It was exciting to stay in a building that was constructed in about 1000AD, but had all the modern convenient. The owner was very accommodating and personable. We were there a week before the Palio horse races, so it was a treat to see them construct the race track and watch the horses and riders practice then have dinner on the track in the evening. The wine tasting tours were a treat. Highly recommend.
