It is a2 bedroom 2019 model static caravan based on Newperran Holiday Resort which is located between Truro and Newquay.
The caravan has double glazing windows and central heating.
The site has an arcade, clubhouse, large indoor heated pool, laundrette, skatepark and 2 outdoor activity parks for various ages. It is a peaceful quiet site , situated 4 miles from beautiful beaches. Local pub and shop close by, WIFI available at the clubhouse and in the van with log in details.

Great host, easy ro teach. An amazing touch with the Christmas tree and mince pies! A great caravan with a really good lay out. Clean, loads of kitchen essentials ie tin foil, cling film, cafetiere, roasting trays, cleaning products and even tea towels. The knives were pretty good too! Wifi was easy to sort. The bed was comfy. Plenty of towels. A really great place to stay, we loved it

Had a lovely 10 day stay. Caravan was clean and had all the utensils needed. Parking right oitside too which was good. Good size veranda, and sun all day. Would highly recommend

Cracking stay, caravan is beautifully equipped and with quality fixtures and furnishing. The hosts do go that little extra. Nice touch - scones & cream and some milk for our arrival.Site lovely and maintained well, all the staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful. Will certainly be returning

5 Tage Homemobil

Alles zusammen ein gelungener Aufenthalt in einer sehr sehr schönen Umgebung. Das Mobile Home ist ausreichend groß, sauber und es lässt nichts vermissen. Absolut toll!!!Wir sind quer durchs Land gereist und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Alles, aber auch wirklich alles vorhanden.Parken direkt am Mobilheim. Exact sowie auf den Fotos, ist es auch innen und aussen. Wäre es nicht so weit, wären wir vermutlich des Öfteren dort.Einziger Knackpunkt für uns war die Tatsache, da wir mit Bikes unterwegs sind/waren das Einkaufen. Vor Ort gibt es einen Londis, der allerdings gut sortiert ist. Knapp 4 Minuten vom Caravanpark. Newquay ist in ca 20 Minuten erreichbar und hat mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Im Caravanpark leider nicht.Danke an den Betreiber der Bar für die Milch Leihgabe :-) und die Hilfe am ersten Tag.

Perfect Holiday

We had a lovely time in this holiday home, the location was excellent for visiting all areas of Cornwall. The home itself was perfect, modern, clean and spacious.

Perfect Caravan

Thank you for having us at your lovely caravan. We had an amazing 5 day stay and the caravan had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the welcome gift was a nice a touch, thank you 😊 The site itself was very quiet and very well kept. There was an arcade on site which seemed to be closed most of the time for some reason. The onsite bar/ restaurant was nice. We didn't eat there but did have a few drinks, although we felt the drinks were over priced which was disappointing. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall - a great stay and would 100% stay again.

Quiet, clean and great location

Lovely stay here the property was very nice and clean, so was the site. Plenty to do within the vicinity of the property. Garry was kind and informative when we had questions. Would highly recommend this place. 😊

Very cozy and welcoming - Highly Recommended

We have been to several caravan sites before, from all of them, this is the most convenient location for accessing a variety of locations in Cornwall such as Newquay and the surrounding beaches, Land's End (the most westerly point of the mainland), and Lizard Point (the most southerly point on mainland). As we arrived on Christmas eve, Garry & Josie made a huge effort to make us very welcome with a delightful Xmas tree and loads of treats for the whole family, thank you. We were worried about getting cold at night, but the caravan was very cozy with extra covers provided and central heating which worked perfectly. The caravan site itself is small but very family-friendly with a heated indoor swimming pool which was the best relaxing activity during this time of year. We will be back soon to the area and definitely will look for Bude 63 again.
