Lovely one bedroom ground floor flat with beautiful harbour views.

The apartment is 5 minutes walking distance from Falmouth town centre and is overlooking Flushing, Falmouth Harbour and Carrick Roads, all the sailing boats moored and sailed.

Dunstanville Terrace is in Greenbank and the entrance of Royal Cornwall Yacht Club is just in the front of us. Greenbank Hotel to the left of us.
The apartment compromises:
Private front door entrance.
Granite tiled patio in the front facing the sea/harbour, open plan kitchen living room with deep bay window opening to the views. One bedroom with king size bed (American queen) with Vi Spring comfy mattress. Walk-in shower in the bathroom.
PARKING Finding a parking spot close to the Wheel. All the streets in this area offer free 24 hour parking. At times it can be difficult,but there is generally a parking slot along Stratton terrace, North Parade and Simmons Hill. Could be much as a 5 minute walk. We suggest double parking outside,unload and then find a space(just remember where) In the evening and after shopping hours spaces on Dunstanville become more readily available. See the map of the location.

Honestly one of the sweetest and most welcoming places we’ve stayed at. The location is incredible - uninterrupted sea view and so close to the centre. The place itself was perfectly for the two of us. And so quiet in the bedroom.It’s one of those holiday rentals that actually has heart and doesn’t feel cynical. Helped by great communication and a lovely welcome pack that included a cream tea, fruit, milk etc. we have friends who live in Falmouth and this will now be our first port of call for availability.

Darling property, great view and within walking distance of high street. Anne stocked the fridge with some treats that helped us get out the door in the morning. Really appreciated the washer/dryer as well.

Eine tolle Unterkunft für Unternehmungen in Cornwall. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen mit einem großzügigen Willkommenspaket. Anne ist eine sehr fürsorgliche Gastgeberin. Rückfragen wurden immer zeitnah beantwortet. Die Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen ist Entspannung pur.

Wonderful apartment

The host was very helpful even before we arrived and answered queries very promptly.The property is absolutely beautiful as is the view of the river. It is so well stocked with everything you might need or have forgotten and some lovely food was left in the fridge for the first evening.We couldn't have been more comfortable. Many thanks.

Central a Great view

This home had everything, central location to Falmouth, shopping, the train and did i mention a great view. It also had a washer & dryer, which is a must while traveling.Well stocked kitchen, towels and a great bedroom, quiet at the back of the house. Never slept so soundlyWould love to stay here again

We had a wonderful few days at The Wheel. It is lovely and Anne has thought of everything you could need plus left lots of goodies for us to enjoy. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Wonderful Place

The weel is a perfectly located appartment. Everything was clean and it's fully equiped. View over the harbor. Restaurants, Pubs, cafes, Markets only a few minutes away. Anne was very helpful. Thx.

Beautiful property - confused proprietor

We loved the apartment location and set up, it was extremely clean and well furnished, although the oven was not working. The proprietor was initially very kind and solicitous while we were in the apartment, offering many helpful suggestions and timely communication, we ran into trouble after leaving. After we cleaned up, washed up the dishes, cleared out the fridge, made the bed, tidied all surfaces and the washroom, left nothing behind, even laundered the extra towels we used for her, she sent us a £100 cleaning fee and a note saying she was angry about us leaving the place in "a mess", providing no further details. We are working through VRBO to resolve this matter, but we hope this review helps prepare others for what they might encounter.

The beautiful Wheel Apartment

A beautifully designed flat in a great location - perfect for a get away for 1 or 2 people - a brilliant base to explore Falmouth and the Cornish coastline from. Loved every minute :)

Merveilleux séjour a Falmouth

Tout était parfait ou presque. L'emplacement, la vue sur la baie, l'appartement et ses équipements. Et tout a fait conforme a la description. En plus, la propriétaire nous avait laissé plein de bonnes choses a manger (scones, beurre, lait, oeufs, confitures...)

Urlaub in Falmouth

Wir haben uns hier wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung für den täglichen Bedarf ist außergewöhnlich gut, alles vorhanden und funktionstüchtig. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig, mit schöner Aussicht und man kann die Stadt zu Fuß erkunden. Sehr gefreut hat uns, dass wir einen von der Vermieterin gefüllten Kühlschrank vorfanden. Ein außergewöhnicher Service! Die Kommunikation mit ihr war unkompliziert und sie war als Hilfestellung immer erreichbar. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

Lovely property overlooking the harbour

Beautifully furnished, immaculately presented, well equipped and with a seriously comfy bed, my husband and I stayed here for Falmouth Classics. Very handy for the Greenbank Hotel and the yacht club and a short walk into Falmouth Town. Host is excellent too - very helpful.

Wonderful place to stay

Beautuful

a beautuful apartment with everything you need. A fabulous view. You get a welcome package which was great after a long journey inc milk tea coffee eggs bread etc. The washer and dryer cane in handy plenty of wardrobe space. A comfy bed and the sheets and towels were quality . Loved it. Thankyou Anne.

Fabulous Falmouth break

This property is in a perfect location. Overlooking the harbour & the many boats & only 5 minute walk to the town & many restaurants. The owner has thought of everything that you could need during your stay it really was like being at home Would highly recommend.
