Villa Xisca is a sensational and picturesque Villa in Pollensa! With an environment ready for entertaining, this spacious 2-bedroom property offers a one-of-a-kind vacation where you can enjoy an outdoor oasis and a subtly rustic-modern living experience. Villa Xisca has an ideal location, just 18 minutes walk from the old town of Pollensa where you will find exclusive restaurants, bars and shops.



Trimmed hedges and stone walls frame the outdoor space with structure as they simultaneously blend with the surrounding shapes of the organically flowing environment.



Approaching the residence, you immediately notice the intoxicating natural landscape views with lush greenery, the Tramuntana Mountains, and a flat manicured lawn. Glistening with mirror-like shine, the sizeable swimming pool beckons both relaxation and fun, while the lounge chairs provide tranquil places for sunbathing, reading, and laughing with friends.



Take advantage of the fully-equipped outdoor kitchen and whip up delicious culinary creations with the sizzling BBQ! As you slow-cook steaks, vegetables, or fresh fish, you can easily laugh with friends at the outdoor dining table or take part in a lively game of ping pong. Equipped with a table tennis, the backyard integrates indoor/outdoor living with great finesse and practicality.



Admire the lovely Villa Xisca and fall in love with the beauty and romance of the traditional architectural styling.



Step inside to find an openly flowing interior, gorgeous exposed wood ceiling beams, a neutral color scheme, a large dining room with a wooden table, on the left it is the kitchen with another small table, and on the right, it is the lounge with a sofa. WiFi is included.



At the back you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed, and another bedroom with a twin bed. Both include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night. Villa Xisca has two bathrooms. One inside the house has a bathtub and one outside the house has a shower.





In the mornings, brew a pot of coffee, open the kitchen window, and listen to the sounds of nature. Take in the exquisite and visceral experience of Pollensa with all the sights, sounds, and flavors of this unique island community.



Located next to Pollensa Old Town, you can explore boutiques, traditional restaurants, and local produce stands, or pick up extra goods at supermarkets. Any Sunday, you could visit its open-air market and find fresh farm products.



For coastal charm and seafood fare, Puerto Pollensa is nestled only 5 minutes by car where you will find bars, restaurants, and a sandy beach. Puerto Pollensa is an ideal place to settle back on the beach, practice water sports like kayaking, jet skiing or a taking boat tour. Take a dive a little further to Cala San Vicente for its clear waters. Additionally, the beautiful island offers healthful adventures with hiking, cycling, wine-tasting, and scenic sightseeing.

Everything was as expected, although the temperatures were hot, the air conditioning in the bedrooms was welcome. Pool was fabulous. We lived outside most of the time with plenty of shady options, sunbeds etc. excellent barbi. Great welcome pack with recommendations which we used the taxi app who were excellent. Air conditioning in the lounge would be a welcome addition to make it more usable. Remove table and chairs in kitchen and put rectangular table under the window or movable island.

Lovely villa, immaculate grounds

The Villa is lovely, a good size for a family of four, traditional decor style and on a generous plot with a lovely pool. Extra touches such as the outdoor bbq area and tennis table add to the experience. The gardens are beautifully kept and seeing the mountains in the background adds a sense of place. Nearby pollensa old town is lovely, full of character and we visited many other lovely places close by - port de pollensa, port de soller, Cala st vincenc, Formentor beach, cap de Formentor. All lovely and close by too. The Villa was well equipped and spotlessly clean. We appreciated the message from Owl properties on our arrival, checking all was OK. Our young teenage children loved the outdoor space. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. The air con is perhaps a little noisy/bright - it woke me a few times. It was ok, not complaining, just the only thing I can think of which could be improved.

Excellent villa

We stayed at villa xisca at the end of October with our teenage daughters. The villa was clean , spacious and well equipped with a great outdoor cooking area for a BBQ. It was possible to walk to the Lidl or Eroski supermarket . The area was peaceful , yet close enough to walk into Pollensa and very easy to reach the many beaches nearby by car . We had a great stay which was supported with good communication from owl booking . Thank you

Water and toilet issues

Water cut off on numerous occasions and toilet leaked onto bathroom floor twice, TV was removed by technician as it wasn't working properly. OWL Booking office team were excellent though and communicated very promptly,

Fabulous villa in beautiful grounds.

Everything was very smooth and professional. The agents were very nice to deal with. It was extremely hot during our stay and when we enquired about renting a fan they promptly brought a brand new one to us. We couldn't get foreign channels on TV to work but the WIFI was good enough for streaming Netflix when it was too hot outside. The two bedrooms had good air con. We also used the large mezzanine room, although it was very warm. A small welcome pack was provided, I would have paid more to get more as we arrived at midnight so needed milk and drinks. But washing up liquid and cloths were there and we just had to walk to Lidl in the morning. We opted to hire bikes as car hire was minimum 92 euro a day. It was about 10-15 minute cycle to the centre. It took 25 mins to walk to the centre although there is a restaurant about 15 minutes walk. The heat was near 40 most days so I wish we had had a hire car as getting anywhere by bike or in foot was exhausting. Taxis were very scarce indeed. We loved the holiday and villa and next time will get a car.

Pollenca Villa

The check in instructions and location of the property were fine. The property is around a 25 minutes walk to the centre of Pollenca which was fine. Our impression of the villa was that it was a bit tired with old furniture. The a/c was only in the 2 bedrooms and only operates at set times throughout the day. This was a little frustrating as the living room and kitchen were very warm all the time - the outside temperature was above 30*c all week. It would have been nice to escape the heat. Apparently this is due to some energy conservation restrictions in Majorca but I would have thought the installation of some solar panels would have quickly paid for themselves in extra low cost green energy. The wifi in the property was weak and it was impossible to watch any live streaming services. Not good in this day and age - decent wifi is an essential service. The outside area was decent and the pool was very welcome in the intense heat. I don’t consider the property to be great value for money and feel an upgrade to the furniture, a/c and wifi should be considered or a price reduction if not. Overall a little disappointing.

Perfect Family Holiday

We were a party of 4 adults & an 8 month old baby who stayed for 12 days. It is a truly beautiful villa with everything that you could need. We had such a wonderful time together & the baby enjoyed her first holiday. While we didn't spend a huge amount of time inside, opting to make the most of the sunshine, the villa itself was very nice. The bedrooms & storage were decent sizes & the beds comfortable. The living room was spacious & there is a mezzanine floor but it isn't somewhere we used. It did work out to be a handy place to store our suitcases out of the way though! The outside area was our favourite & where we spent the majority of our time, either floating in the pool or gathered round either of the outside tables. The outside BBQ was so nice to use of an evening & it is very handy that one of the bathrooms has direct access from the outside area. The pool was perfect for what we needed - a very decent size & very deep! The boys also enjoyed the ping pong table. The grounds of this villa are large & it helps you feel secluded. There is a decent driveway which makes you set back from the road. The villa is located less than 10 minute walk from 3 supermarkets in a row, where you could get anything you needed. It is also as advertised, a 15 or so minute walk into Pollensa - it was no trouble walking if you choose not to hire a car. There is also bus stops on either side of the main road, which great if you wish to explore the island further with no car. Highly recommend! The only minor improvement would be to have a portable fan to use in the living room - the one evening we sat inside to watch the Euro semi final we found the room to be very warm & sweaty! Other than that, the villa, communication & assistance from Owl Booking was outstanding!

Besonders gefallen hat uns die Outdoor Küche mit dem Grill, die wir auch dank des schönen Wettersjeden Tag genutzt haben. Super sind auch die vielen Sitzplätze, wo man sich bei jeder Wetterlage gemütlich hinsetzten kann. Es sind Auflagen und auch Tischdecken vorhanden, was nicht in jedem Haus der Fall ist. Die ️ scheint von morgens bis abends auf die Finca und den Pool, der abends so toll beleuchtet wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten ausdrücklich noch mal das OWL Booking Team loben. Wir hätten sie gerne in jedem Urlaub, den wir machen an unserer Seite Fliegengitter wären toll gewesen. Es waren Stecker gegen die Moskitos vorhanden, leider kommen die Biester trotzdem

Super Unterstützung durch das gesamte Owl-Booking Team ! Lieben Danke dafür ! Netter Vermieter war vor Ort, um Pflanzen zu gießen und Pool zu reinigen, Aprikosen zu ernten, die wir auch pflücken durften. Finca ist gut ausgestattet, Pool sauber und groß, Aussenküche beim Grillen genutzt. Zwei Bäder eines mit Aussenzugang. Aufgrund der räumlichen Gegebenheiten empfehlenswert für Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen / 2 Kindern Leider war es Mitte Mai noch vergleichsweise kühl, entsprechend auch die Wassertemperatur. Doppelbettmatratze zu weich, sollte erneuert werden.

Einfach nur traumhaft

Wir waren zehn Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Alles war fast genauso wie auf den Bildern (in der Zwischenzeit wurden die Liegen und etwas Deko erneuert). Vorab gab es die Adresse des Hauses von der Agentur, samt Code für den Schlüsselkasten. Hat alles prima geklappt. Das Haus war super sauber, die Hand- und Badetücher auch, die Betten super gemütlich und der Außenbereich einfach unbeschreiblich schön und gepflegt mit Zitronen- und Olivenbäumen und einem riesengroßen Pool. Wir haben ausschließlich draußen gegessen und gekocht, die Küchenausstattung war perfekt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichbar und es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall hinzugehen, vor allem auf den Markt und auch abends. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Supermärkte sind vorhanden, schöne Strände in der Nähe und für Ausflüge ist es auch ein guter Standort, da alles maximal eine Stunde Fahrtzeit weg ist. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!! Da etwas kaputt war haben wir auch die Besitzer kennengelernt, die sehr nett waren. Die Reperatur hat wenige Stunden gedauert und der Kontakt zu Owl Booking war schnell und unkompliziert, vielen Dank hierfür!

Tolles Haus in guter Lage

Sehr ruhig gelegen, besser ausgestattet als angegeben (Fön, Bügeleisen usw vorhanden). Man ist schnell zu Fuß beim Lidl und der Bushaltestelle mit Taktverkehr in die Stadt und zum Strand, so dass man das Auto wenig oder gar nicht braucht. Im Frühjahr hatten wir allerdings viele Mücken.
