Great duplex with huge terrace with sea view in a quiet complex with 2 pools, at only 5 minute from the beach.Ideal for a relaxing holiday between family and friends.

The property has 3 comfortable and spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable living room with flat tv and an equipped kitchen and breakfast bar.

It also has a wonderful big terrace from where you will be able to enjoy the spectacular sea views. Equipped with a big table and a barbecue area.

This wonderful duplex dispose of air conditioning in the living room and in 2 of the bedrooms.Included a parking space in the complex





The complex offers 24h surveillance, 2 big swimming pools, one of which is heated in winter with a Pool bar open all year round.A gaming room and an arcade room are also available on site

Brilliant family apartment within easy driving access of attractions

Firstly, a massive thank you to Michael who was brilliant from start to finish. He was very helpful when we had queries before we arrived and responded almost immediately when we needed help with a couple things in the first few days. The apartment itself is very well set up - a small but well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a fantastic big terrace with views of the sea. The complex has 3 pools, one being heated (which was handy as we were there in March!) and the pool bar was handy to have so close by. We had a hire car and were within 15 minutes of good beaches (especially Duque - good for sandcastle and waves with lifeguards around most of the time). Thanks to the Nolan team for a fantastic stay!

Lovely place

Lovely place to stay but the complex needs to invest in more sunbeds and a buggy for arrival and departure The walk to the apartment with a case and hand luggage was a bit annoying especially on the way home. There are signs Everywhere to not reserve sunbeds unyet all the regulars had towels on the beds before the pool even opened and serious la k of sunbeds for the amount of people staying there Shame the pool bar doesn’t do breakfasts too. Apart from that the place is lovely. A bit away from any shops and entertainment so be prepared to have to use a taxi all the time.
