Beautiful setting and everything you could need for a self catering holiday. The apartment needs some minor cosmetic touching up but nothing that caused an issue. Abraham was quick to respond if we needed anything and we found the complex quiet and the pool wasnt crowded. Would recommend eating at Atelier in the Rosa Centre and also Mumbai Massala. Highly recommemded

Stayed here for 5 nights...excellent apartment..clean..quiet..pool area and pool bar very good.Not much nightlife in this area but a quick 10mins in a taxi to Fanabe area was greatDefinitely recommendstaying at this apartment

Excellent stay

fully equipped apartment, I didn't miss anything, everything was as described. The only thing that could improve our stay would be a TV with WiFi that would allow you to watch movies of your choice.

Beautiful Playa Paraiso

My husband and sister in law spent February month here. Beautiful condo with view of ocean. Had most everything we needed . We were pleasantly surprised with the warm weather for this time of year. Only negative was unit is on lower level and close to roadway in compound which saw alot of traffic. But everything else made up for it. Beautiful pool and pool restaurant. And walking distance to many restaurants. Nice quiet area of Tenerife. We enjoyed enough to come back next year.

Beautiful apartment in quieter area

This apartment is wonderful! In a quieter area but you can walk to shopping and restaurants or drive to las americanas area for more options and nightlife. Everything you need is accessible and a large grocery up the road. The pools are nice and not too crowded. The owner, Paco, gave us great recommendations and was easy to contact with questions. Highly recommended!

Adeje Paradise

We’ve stayed in Playa Paraíso for many years. And Adeje Paradise 3 times, we love the complex. This apartment was perfect for our family. Plenty of space with 4 kids. Very clean and tidy, towels included and beach towels is an extra bonus. Pools are large and great, never too busy. The pool bar is exceptional, our kids would eat there every night, cocktails are definitely worth trying. Easy check in, good communication with the hosts.

Winter Break from Minnesota, USA.

The property is set in a beautiful gated community in Playa Paraiso. There is a very nice Bar / Restaurant for food and drinks which is open most of the day with friendly service. The property Gardens are kept in immaculate condition, thank you. The only negatives I would say were as follows: 1. The parking spot for the apartment was located up the steep hill at the top of the property. 2. The bottom Pedestrian gate was permanently closed, so that was inconvenient for walking outside of the property grounds. Apart from that, our stay was excellent! Thank you! Jim.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful part of Tenerife

Apartment was great value for money. Beds were comfy and plenty of space for a family of 4. View from the terrace was beautiful. Could do with a few more glasses and mugs but apart from that all good. Pool area is great and pool bar/restaurant had great food with reasonable prices.

Amazing

Great location. Beautiful view of the sun rising and setting behind the ocean. The pool was very nice, a bit cold but perfect once you got in. Very quiet location, close to the shops and beaches. Wow. Adeje is the place to be. You will need a car for a more interesting stay. Nice beaches, palaya de duque. We give the place and the host 10 out of 10 and we will be back 😁✅

Schöne Appartmentanlage

Es war alles vorhanden die Wohnung hatte eine schöne Größe. Einzig negativ war die Zufahrtsstraße direkt an der Terrasse, welche viel befahren war. Die Pools und Poolbar waren hervorragend.

Proper, gezellig, centraalliggend appartement

Huisje in rustig park gelegen. We hadden echt alles wast we nodig hadden. Keuken basis uitgerust, zeer goede bedden, tof terras. Het straatlicht scheen wel in een niet zo goed verduisterbare Slaapkamer. Aan het zwembad waren voldoende ligstoelen. Het was er ook altijd rustig. Je beschikt best wel over een auto, om uitstappen te kunnen doen. Siampark is een aanrader met kinderen en jeugd. Grote supermarkt op 5 minuten met wagen. Kleine supermarkt op 5 minuten loopafstand.

Alles in allem die Note ausreichend

Am 2.Morgen die Kaffemashine defekt, die erst am 4. Tag ausgetauscht wurde, keine Decken oder ähnliches in der Wohnung, nur Bettbezüge wodurch es nachts manchmal zu kalt war, außerdem war die Wohnung bei Übernahme sehr staubig und nicht wirklich sauber. Da war die Wohnung vor 2 Jahren doch wesentlich besser.

War alles perfekt!

War alles wunderschön! Die Lage ist ideal und nicht weit von Restaurants und Strand. Das Apartment war mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, auch Badetücher waren dabei. Wie schon ein anderer Gast geschrieben hat, das Apartment ist noch viel schöner als in den Bildern.

Perfect and clean

We loved staying in this chalet, it is very clean, it has a perfect location, a great sea view from the big patio, good sized rooms, two good bathrooms, and everything you need - microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, AC, etc. The AC is only in the lounge but kept the whole chalet cooler at night, with the bedroom doors open. We had some missing bedding, but this was quickly sorted out by Eva, who was very friendly and dropped by regularly to check that everything was ok.

Clean, pleasant but problem with hot water and vitroceramic hob

Beautiful residence. Apartment OK but the water heater is too small (not much hot water for shower) and the vitroceramic hob of the kitchen is not working very well (difficult to boil water for cooking pasta). Apart from that, everything was OK. The flat was clean and time respected. Thanks.

Woning zag er heel netjes uit

Ligging was voor ons iets te rustig. En voor boodschappen, restaurant heb je echt een auto nodig. Het huisje zelf ligt er geweldig bij. Mooie locatie. 1 minpuntje echter, het warme water om te douche is zeer snel op. Je kunt met max 2 personen douche en dan heb je geen warm water meer

Appartement fonctionnel dans une résidence superbe

Ce premier séjour à Tenerife a été très agréable. La localisation à Armemine permet de rallier le Nord ou le Teide en une heure de voiture. L’appartement très spacieux dispose d’un équipement fonctionnel, sa localisation en rez-de-chaussée avec sa belle terrasse permet de profiter de l’ environnement splendide de la résidence. Calme, chant des oiseaux et aménagements végétaux magnifiques. La piscine est également superbe malheureusement la température était trop fraîche pour nous en cette saison. Mention spéciale pour l’accueil d’Isabelle qui par son sourire et ses conseils nous permet de profiter rapidement des vacances.

Great time

It was a wonderful stay in a nice Appartement. Unfortunately the a lot of construction was around the apartment. Therefore it was a bit noisy sometimes. But the apartment was not responsible for this! Special thx to Francisco and Isabel who were very friendly and helpful at all the time!

Pleasant apartment in a very nice residence !

Nice place to stay for a few days. The apartment is nice and very clean. Equipment in the kitchen is quite minimalist (more plates and bowls would be useful ...). The terrace is pleasant and sunny. Swimming pool was cold (the biggest one) but the smallest one was ok (slightly heated). Bar is good ( drinks and meals are not too expensive and good). Only one remark : during our stay, the environment was quite noisy ( construction works of a new hotel near the residence, so not possible to enjoy the terrace during the working hours...) Unfortunately the owner of the apartment can’t do anything for this !!! By the way, the owner is very friendly!

Great holiday in a lovely apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and is all on one level which is perfect when you have little children. It also has a lovely view of the sea & the sunset on the front terrace. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay including little touches such as pool towels & washing powder. The apartment looks exactly like pictures. The complex itself feels really secure with 24hr security & parking (although the car parking is in an underground car park and so don't get a big hire car!). There are also nice pools and a pool bar. The complex is a short drive to the main resort areas & beaches of South Tenerife. Isabel who came to meet us at the complex contacted me the day before our arrival in Tenerife to ensure a smooth handover. One item to note is that complex is surrounded by some large resorts and every night you were able to hear their music from the Terrace. It wasn't a problem in the apartment as you couldn't hear it but it was obvious when sat on the Terrace on an evening. It wasn't loud - just in the background but it was lovely and quiet the rest of the time when we were sat on the Terrace.
