4 bedroom Royal Westmoreland Villa With Private Pool, Cook & Beach Club Access
We would like to present this beautiful four-bedroom Royal Westmoreland vacation rental villa with a classic Barbadian charm. This well-designed villa is located on the 16th fairway of the prestigious Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort. With almost an acre of tropical gardens and immaculately kept grounds, it is your own private holiday getaway when in Barbados.
Upon entering the villa, your eyes are drawn to the grand high ceilings and the coral stone finishes which surround you. The entrance foyer flows seamlessly through to the living room area, which has been tastefully furnished to create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. As you continue out onto the covered patio and pool deck, the sparkling blue swimming pool and lounge chairs create an inviting area perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or just enjoying a book and an ice-cold rum punch.
The villa has three bedrooms in the main building, all of which are beautifully furnished and feature private en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is nestled in a separate wing, which is accessed by a covered walkway within the house and furnished with a large four-poster bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom.
The kitchen features top of the line finishes and appliances throughout and is perfect for the travelling gourmand interested in trying some local Barbadian dishes and cuisine. The dining terrace and informal seating area offer another vantage point from which the pool and lush garden can be admired. Additionally, there is a small study and powder room, which are all accessible with the rental of the villa.
The villa offers a feeling of open space and natural light throughout the home and lends itself as a perfect spot for anyone wanting to escape to Barbados for their dream holiday! Whether it is with friends, family, or both, this is the perfect villa for your next Royal Westmoreland vacation rental.
Your rental includes the services of a cook (prepares 2 consecutive meals per day, 6 days per week), a housekeeper and a laundress service 6 days per week and offers ‘Full Membership’ at Royal Westmoreland. This includes access to the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club at Mullins Beach, which is only a short drive away.
Full Membership (Social with Golf)
Properties with Full Membership at Royal Westmoreland offer complete access to the resort’s full range of facilities, combining both social and golfing privileges.
Guests can enjoy all standard amenities, including the communal swimming pool, The Sanctuary, The Rum Shak, fitness centre, tennis, pickleball and padel courts, as well as the Beach Club and complimentary shuttle service. In addition, Full Membership includes unrestricted golf tee times (green fees payable locally), providing the ultimate flexibility to enjoy the course at your leisure.
Estate Amenity Fee – Effective May 1, 2026
From 1st May 2026, Royal Westmoreland Resort will introduce an amenity fee. At this villa, that amounts to BDS$300 / US$150 per week, covering all occupants, for access to the resort’s facilities. This fee is payable directly to Royal Westmoreland when collecting Resort Passes.
Guests can decline access to the amenities and avoid the fee entirely. If paid, the fee provides full use of all facilities (subject to the property’s membership status) for the duration of the stay; partial access or select-day usage is not available.
Please note the fee is not pro-rated. For example, a 5-night stay at this holiday rental, the amenity fee would be BDS$300 / US$150. A 10-night stay at this property would incur a fee of BDS$600 / US$300.
The new fee applies to all guests on the property as of 1st May 2026, as well as those arriving from that date onward, including bookings made before the introduction of the fee.

We kindly ask guests not to use Riemann P20 sunscreen at the property. This product can cause permanent damage to towels, linens, and fabrics—often only visible after laundering. Guests are responsible for checking their sunscreen ingredients. Charges will apply for damaged items: up to US$50 per towel and up to US$300 per sheet or coverlet.
