A welcoming 2-bed house with a relaxing living room (with double sofa bed), kitchen diner, Snug (with single day bed), Shower room, Two Stylish double bedrooms, 3 piece bathroom and private back yard.

Free parking options & just a few minutes walk from St Helens Junction Train station.

Good location to reach the Hospital, College & Retail parks. Handy for Haydock Industrial Park for places such as Amazon Distribution Centre, Kellogg's and Sainsburys Distribution.

Easy reach to the M57, M6 and M62 for Liverpool, Warrington & Manchester.

Plenty of local conveniences on hand.

Please note: This property is a traditional Victorian terrace and has steep stairs that might not be suitable for some guests or people with mobility issues. However, there is a downstairs bathroom with walk-in shower and a single bed in the snug and also double sofa bed in the living room for guests preferring to remain downstairs.

Bedding is available for the single day bed and double sofa bed. We require 24 hours notice for these to be prepared for you for your arrival.

Nice stay for trip near Liverpool

We stayed here so we could be relatively close to Liverpool. The price was good for our budget. This is an apartment with two full bedrooms and another room with a bed for another person. The stay was god. The heat in two of the rooms didn’t seems on work, but they may have been on timers. I also did not see any paper towels which would have been handy a few times. They stay was overall good.

Property was nothing as advertised. Given it cost a lot of money to book i thought it would have been a good place to stay. The property was disgustingly filthy, cigarette smell throughout masked by cheap air freshener. damaged to walls and furniture, mould and grime everywhere. It looked like a crack den and brothel. In order to not catch a disease, i left the property after 2 hours of arguing to get my money back and stayed in a hotel for the duration of our stay. VRBO needs to vet these so called properties to ensure customers aren’t being ripped off.

Convenient

We appreciated having a house for a few days. It was easy to find, there is a parking lot right beside the house and it’s on a one way street. There is a little grocery store at the corner of the street, and a fish and chip shop couple of blocks away. The house is also just a few blocks from St. Helens Junction Station. The bed in the front bedroom was very uncomfortable and should be replaced. The drain in the downstairs shower was very slow, but the shower was great. We appreciated the washing machine, but drying in the house was difficult. A clothes line in the yard would be useful. We put the rack outside for quickest drying. The heated towel rail in the upstairs bathroom was only turned on briefly, on one day. The kitchen had every we needed, with a nice refrigerator and freezer. The separate lounge had comfortable seating and the TV. Be aware that the stairs are very steep, difficult for older family members. A good place to stay!

We also often up-cycle art and decoration items which we find our guests love as it also creates a unique and snazzy look.
