Newly refurbished 2-double bedroom apartment within a small complex ideally situated 5 mins walk from the Old Town/Harbour bars and restaurants, 10 mins from both the Biosphera shopping centre and Playa Chica beach, and within 15 minutes of the main New Town strip.
It has a large South- and West-facing sun terrace, with private loungers and outdoor dining facilities.
From the balcony there are uninterrupted panoramic sea views West to East.
The apartment benefits from a large lounge, dining, and kitchen area, and comes with free Wifi access and TV (including sports and movies).
The main bathroom has a large shower with toilet and basin, with another separate toilet/utility room.
The complex has 2 outdoor pools, a communal sun terrace with loungers, and a pool bar serving drinks and snacks.
And if you fancy a walk, the coastal path to Puerto Calero is highly recommended.

Really lovely villa in a great complex. Easy checl in and great communication. First time ive stayed in old town puerto del Carmen aa we usually stay at the other end good location but lots and lots of hills lol all in all a good stay.

The photos do not do it justice and most amazing views form the balcony...well equipped and has everything you need.Great location and visit Mario's Pizzeria, a must. Will be back soon.

Absolutely fabulous apartment...a real home from home. Stunning views. The beds are so comfortable and we slept really well. The apartment itself was spotless. I actually enjoyed watering and dead heading the tree out on the patio. The host kirsty is fantastic and communication with her was always a joy with very swift answers to all my questions when booking and before we arrived. Id highly recommend booking if you want a no stress, comfortable and relaxed getaway in the sun! Linda x

Fabulous apartment with excellent facilities. Good food preparation equipment. Beds extremely comfy. Shops close by for provisions . Plenty of scenic walks especially along coastal path to Puerto Calero . Would definitely return for another stay .

Fab apartment in PDC Old Town with sublime views

Property well equipped with all you would need. Stunning views!! Great sized balcony with dining area and ample space to sunbathe. Excellent service and communication from property manager. Highly recommend.

Excellent location & property

We had an amazing stay at this property, it was spacious, clean with wonderful views, a rare find in the old harbour. The apartment had a lovely balcony which wrapped around the side and was private.We had everything we needed,towels,well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms & even toiletries where provided in the bathroom in case you had forgotten something. Location was fantastic, a few bars and restaurants were practically on your doorstep if you just wanted a local night out. We loved every minute and would not hesitate to come back soon.Thank you so much Kirsty and Steve xx

Fabulous apartment

Beautiful modern clean apartment wonderful wrap terrace with table chairs and loungers … the sun is on the terrace most of the day. Top tip when arriving get dropped at the top entrance by the spar!!

Best holiday ever

Just come back from 10 days in Lanzarote. Had a fantastic time in this lovely apartment. Everything you could want. Beautiful views from a large balcony. Good facilities in nicely done up apartment. Complex quiet with lovely pool bar. Kirsty was an excellent host easy to contact and very helpful. Weather was amazing. Thoroughly recommend.

We had a fantastic time in this lovely apartment. Everything listed by the owners ,was in place. We had a small issue with the ceiling fan in the bedroom,,but after contacting Kirsty and Steve the owners the issue was dealt with promptly and effectively. Duncan the maintenance man went above and beyond to get everything back to normal. On top of being a really nice guy. Would thoroughly recommend the property and the hosts.

Home from home in a great location

Myself and my wife were fortunate to find this new listing in the old town of PDC. We knew the area well although not specifically the SF2 apartment block. We had been looking for a while for a 2 bedroom apartment where both bedrooms had proper double beds. Additionally we ideally wanted modern facilities where we could conformable live rather than just holiday, as we planned to stay for at least a month. Having almost giving up on this search, this listing just came on the market, and I took the plunge, expecting something to have been over promised and would then under delivery. Well lucky for me I was wrong. Great WiFi, fast strong and reliable, full IPV TV provides all UK channels and movies and more, Comfortable beds, full kitchen, inc over, hob etc as well as a small utility/WC in addition to main bathroom. Built in boiler, so non stop hot water all day regardless of weather. Fantastic veranda with a dining and relaxing area. Pictures do not do it justice. It has shade till late morning, the sun the rest of the day. Situated right next to CC Montana Tropical, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are literally on your door step., so no car required. Kristy was very easy to deal with and accommodating to my requests. Defo will stay again.

Prima appartement

Prima appartement met 2 ruime slaapkamers. Complete keuken. Zelfs de koelkast was gevuld met de eerste nodige boodschappen. Wel kakkerlakken en er lopen overal heel kleine mieren. Niet aan te bevelen voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Je moet heel veel trappen lopen om het complex uit te komen. Zwembad is ook prima. Uitzicht vanaf het balkon is fantastisch.

Disappointed to read that the presence of cockroaches and ants on the island appears in the review of our apartment. Also, there is ONE step to leave the complex by the door closest to the apartment, as we advised you. Your choice to leave by the other exit at the bottom of the complex should not reflect on our apartment Also disappointed that you chose not to contact us during or after your stay to discuss any of this as we offered. So other guests can be reassured, the entire complex is having it's annual fumigation on 31st October.

I'm Kirsty, and I'm looking forward to welcoming you to the island that was my former home, and a place that holds a dear place in my heart.
I've bought and developed a few properties in the UK, and this is my first venture on this beautiful island.
I'm a former deputy headteacher so I know how important and valuable family time is during a holiday. That's my motivation. I want you to have a great time on your holiday. And I hope that can all revolve around our apartment.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Having lived in Lanzarote in the early 2000's, we travel back to the island 2 or 3 times a year - almost every time staying in 2 bedroom apartments for that extra freedom. We know how hard they are to find!
I think that experience means we're well placed to know what's needed for a nice stay, and we're confident you'll have a great time with us.
As parents, we're aware how annoying it is to have prices HIKED during school holiday time, so we don't do that.
We also know how annoying it is to have to pay extra for those things that we think should be supplied, like a travel cot, an iron, or sun loungers - so we don't charge for them either. If you have a request, drop me a note and I'll do my best!
We bought this apartment in 2021 and have refreshed everything - from cutlery and crockery, to all of the doors and windows, and all of the furniture. It has been put together as somewhere we'd like to stay ourselves.
