The property features a private garden and patio as an entry, a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a separate equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden, a half bathroom with a washing machine, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a complete bathroom with a shower box, and a huge terrace accessible from two of the bedrooms. One covered parking space is included. Beach distance: 490mt.*No pets allowed.
