Great Place close to Universal

Loved our stay!We stayed for almost two weeks and had a wonderful time. The place was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It's in a great location—close to the amenities on I-Drive and Universal. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Was everything I needed for my stay. Conveniently located near restaurants main attractions, grocery store and drugstore. The building itself needs renovation but supposed to undergo very soon.

Okay for a quick stay

We were pretty happy with inside of the condo, updated and nice as the pictures show, however the building itself is very old and rundown. We weren't even sure we were safe to use the elevators so we took the stairs. A few things were not great, we had to go buy toilet paper, there was no extra once the roll ran out. The sink in the bathroom would not drain and the shower was very very difficult to turn on. It's a small unit but luckily we really weren't there much but it is decorated nicely and was clean.

I am very glad you enjoyed the condo and have left in great order. The building is not new but elevators work well. Regarding toilet paper, I specify very clearly in my listing what and how much I provide. It is a type of self catering with the essentials but not extras. We take all feedback very seriously and thanks for taking the time to share your experience. Thank you

Experienced host with passion to make guests welcomed. I have other property for 8 years and just purchased this condo. I live in the UK and have 1 daughter and 1 son. Love Florida!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

You cannot be in better spot in Orlando! It is between I-Drive and Universal Boulevard. You don't even need a car. There is I-Drive trolley (mini bus) going up and down I-Drive and also to the parks and outlets. The resort offers great amenities (but please note I cannot guarantee what amenities will be closed or open during your stay) and the apartment has been renovated and tastefully decorated. The mattress are excellent quality (Tempurpedics) and all new. The property is extremely clean and comfy.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Be near all I-Drive attractions, Universal Studios and great restaurants. You can walk to some attractions.
