Located in Capistrano Playa, one of Nerja´s most sought after locations, nestled into the hillside above Burriana beach.



This air conditioned apartment has excellent access from road level, sleeps 4 & comprises 1 double bedroom with ample wardrobes, modern open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, lounge/dining area with double sofa bed & patio doors to the delightful terrace. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The kitchen is well equipped with a full oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, drinks fridge & washing machine.

Features include: Smart TV, remote kitchen light switch. Free fiber optic WIFI & iphone dock.

The complex offers 2 swimming pools, is very well kept and has beautiful tropical gardens and a small lake. The popular Burriana beach is just a short stroll down through beautifully landscaped gardens.



Nerja is an unspoilt small charming town, with pleasant beaches & pretty coves. Narrow streets with an excellent range of shops, restaurants and bars.



Capistrano Playa is situated in the cliffs above the award winning Burriana beach where you will find a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops.



Nerja town centre & the famous Balcon de Europa is just 5 minutes drive or 15-20 minutes walk. There is also a regular bus service.



Nearby places to visit include the famous Caves at Maro & the picturesque white village of Frigiliana.

Capistrano Playa Nerja

Great one bed apartment. Everything provided that you would need. Quality furnishings and decor. Lovely area with access to the beach, bars and restaurants. Nerja old town a 20 -25 minute walk with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from.

There was no curtain or blind next to the door so people passing could see straight into our living area . No toilet roll holder, no holder for shower gel and shampoo etc. 3 teaspoon, all reported but nothing was put right in the 14 days we were there. Be warned the lift only goes down a short way then there are 173 steps down to Burriana beach area. And of course the same coming back up. The stated 3 minutes walk to the beach is a joke, if you can do that you must be a hill runner or similar. There is a road down which is dangerous for pedestrians as there's no footpath and there's a 90 degree bend on a very steep hillside which you share with cars coming both ways. It would not be allowed in the UK. Get an apartment near the town and walk to Burriana beach is my recommendation. The Capistrano complex looks good but it's not practical and our apartment was the worst we have stayed in in over twenty years of coming to Spain.

Magnifique séjour!

Très bel appartement avec une magnifique vue de la terrasse. La plage au bas du complexe offre plein de commodités. Cet appartement a un accès très facile de la rue, ce qui est un atout. Il faut compter beaucoup d’escaliers pour la plage, mais dans un très beau jardin. Avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.
