Great place and great location

Located right in the heart of the city, 3 minutes to train, short walk to many sites/shopping. Very clean and well maintained apartment.

Beautiful, comfortable, great location

Stayed with my 20 year old daughter, loved it. Questions were answered promptly, amenities in good working order, beds comfortable and decor bright and spacious. Emi's recommendations were spot on, would stay again in this lovely flat.

Perfect Location and Beautiful Flat!

This space was in a wonderful location! Steps from Plaza Mayor and a short walk to so many other attractions. The apartment is beautiful and well kept. We truly enjoyed our time in Madrid in this apartment! Many thanks to the hosts.

Efficient and cute apartment in great location!

Quick few days in Madrid. Apartment is centrally located and perfect to view all the hot spots in town, The Palace, Plaza Mayor, Prado, Mercado de San Miguel and much more. The apartment has everything you could need. Cozy and comfortable. Emi was a good host and made our stay very nice!

Great place, responsive

We had a great time at this property. My husband and I went with our grown daughter, which is why we needed 2 bedrooms. We arrived several hours early and, though we were there while the cleaning woman was cleaning, we were allowed to check in early, which was very helpful, given that we had our bags and were completely jet lagged. The location is on a less-busy street in the very busy historic/touristy area. On the street (among other things) are a 24 hour convenience store and an acai bowl place - both of which we liked. Having our own kitchen with Nespresso machine was very convenient and we had breakfast there each day. We only encountered one issue - the wifi stopped working. We contacted the property manager and someone came out right away to fix it. Highly recommend. We'd stay again.

It’s a well maintained property in the heart of Madrid. It was very clean and well stocked with hand wash , shampoo, body gel, dishwasher gel, and dish cloth with sponge. It has elevators, which is a huge plus when you arrive with baggage and young kids. Common area was well maintained, well lit and well kept. The locking system in the door is like a vault :) . If I have to give a feedback., it would be nice if the AC was turned on already. Apartment was kinda hot inside as it was peak summer and it took a while for it to cool down. We had come late in the night and wanted to hit the bed right away. Second feedback is that even if there is a laundry inside the apartment there is no drying rack to put the clothes to dry ( I couldn’t find one). Other than that, you just can’t go wrong with the location or the property.

Location exceeded our expectations. So much to see and do within walking distance or a short inexpensive taxi ride. Apartment is tucked just a bit from the busy streets (San Isidro celebration), so noise level was not a problem when needing down time. The apartment itself was "as listed", like the pictures on listing were taking the night before. One blemish would be the slow drip leak of the hot water valve above the bathroom door. One neutral comment would be on the lock and keys. It was a bit stressful standing in the street with all of our luggage figuring out the building's electronic lock the first time, and there was a small learning curve to the physical lock and key of the apartment door. Host Emi was responsive. Exactly the experience we were hoping for. Absolutely would stay here again.

Overall nice apt & location

We had a great 4 days in Madrid at this centrally located apt. Beds were comfortable, apt was clean, and kitchen was fairly well stocked (it would be nice to have salt, pepper, sugar… just basic necessities). The apt is on the 2nd floor and has large windows that overlook the street below. The nights can be a bit loud from the people walking about on the street. Also, there is no door on the primary bedroom to separate it from the living room. The photos show double doors there but they have been removed and replaced with drapes. Not ideal. Also, there are no blinds or curtains on the large windows in the living area (which opens to the bedroom). If you want privacy you must open the windows and pull the exterior shutters closed. Finally, the one bathroom has a smell if you close both doors to it. I think it’s simply the plumbing and it dissipates if you keep the doors open. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would just recommend a few changes to make it a great stay. Emi, the property manager was wonderful to communicate with.

Great location, Fantastic & Accommodating Host

Emi was fantastic during this entire process and our stay at their location was delightful. Emi was quick to respond and answer any questions, even allowing us to drop our luggage off upon arrival and receive the keys from their cleaner. After arriving from JFK, at 9:00 am in Madrid, you can imagine how appreciative we were for this accommodation. The location of this unit was perfect, exactly as advertised and centralized an extremely clean. I would 100% rent this unit again if visiting Madrid, thank you again Emi for your hospitality!

Excellent apartment and location
