Villa Xenia is in a wonderful central location, no more than 10 minutes' walk from the shops, tavernas and charming beach of Nissaki. The villa and pool terrace are surrounded by olive trees, with views of the imposing Mount Pantokrator - Corfu's highest point - above the treetops. You may even catch a glimpse of the sea below. The private swimming pool is gated from the villa and pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Xenia is in a fantastic central position, less than 10 minutes' walk from Nissaki's amenities and beach. This quaint Greek resort may be small but it's still full of Greek charm, ideal for a relaxing, laid-back holiday. There are several shops and good restaurants dotted around the area, including one taverna right on the seafront. Boat hire is available by the beach if you want an alternative to driving, for exploring the various hidden coves and different beaches in the surrounding areas. Our villa Kiki is next door, while there are apartments to the other side of the villa.
