Beach Villa Located On A Small Beachfront Development - Cook Included

'Tropical Island Rentals' would like to introduce Allamanda that is one of just six luxury villas wonderfully situated on Gibbs Bay in over an acre of landscaped gardens.

Each villa has three generously large air-conditioned bedrooms, two on the upper level and one on the ground floor, all with private patios enjoying spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms. Ceiling fans are throughout.

In addition to excellent beach and swimming facilities, there is a large saltwater pool for the exclusive use of residents.

The rental includes a cook and maid service. Staff hours are 8:30am - 1:30pm & 5:30pm - 8:30pm. Each staff member has one day off a week.

There is also 24hr security on the development.

Please note the cost of groceries is not included in the price. However, we can arrange to have your initial groceries delivered to the property for your arrival. This would be payable directly to our local house managers.

This property does not permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics.

This is one of our beachfront Barbados villa rentals. It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week, and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents, and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but as a result of sand deposition and erosion, changes may occur including a narrower beach and more rocks visible.

This property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics. It can cause irreparable damage to linens that are not visible until laundered. Guests must check that their sunscreen does not contain P20. Guests will be charged up to USD$50 per damaged towel or up to USD$300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.
