We very much enjoyed our stay for the week. It's a great place to work remotely with its desk area and couch. the apartment has plenty of light and is pleasant. we liked that it's close to the beach and a short walking distance to the old town. I recommend!

Great location and very well appointed apartment!

Excellent location in the heart of La Malaguetta, with great proximity to downtown as well as over to El Limonar. The apartment was very quiet and contained great views of the sea from the expansive patio. Everything one would need is included and should you forget anything the Carrefour is across the street. I would happily return for another holiday.

This was a fabulous apartment, the layout was brilliant and it felt like a home from home. I especially loved the L-shaped balcony where you could enjoy sun or shade as you soaked up the views of the city's favourite landmarks. Would definitely return. Layout of the bathroom was a bit cramped and maybe have a shower screen rather than a curtain

The property is amazing. Clean, quality bed linen, Jose from Solaga is absolutely a gentleman helping me with the luggage at checkin and checkout. I got an extension of my checkout hour and this is another bonus. The flat is spacious, equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, lots of kitchen utensils. It was perfect for my daughter and I. Not to mention the spacious terrace with one side facing the harbour and the other side facing the sea. Carrefour supermarket is opened until 10pm which makes your life super easy. Flamenco Allegria shows nearby, pharmacy next to the buildings and lots of restaurants, not to mention the beach. Swings and slide for kids on the beach as well should you have kids travelling with you. Look forward to returning! Bianca & Aida

Perfect apartment

Couldn't fault this apartment very comfortable, spacious, clean. Hope to return one day. For a longer stay a bigger freezer would be better than just an ice box in the fridge. The washing machine is in the small bathroom but I can see there is no alternative.

Excellent location

The location of the flat in La Malagueta is excellent, near the beach, restaurants and a supermarket almost opposite. The bus stop is 100 metres away and the city centre is a 10 minute walk. The agency was very pleasant and efficient to deal with and changed the bed linen half way though our stay. The flat is a reasonable size for 2 people, It is on the 9th floor and has views from the sitting room and bedroom over the top of adjacent buildings to the harbour and the Cathedral.
