アパートは完全に改装された14階建ての建物の13階にありますので、完璧な状態です。
その2部屋は（テレビとエアコン付き）、1つはダブルベッド、もう1つは2つのトランドルベッド（ベッド4台）が海に向いています。

Vrbo introduction is not correct.

Property was good conditions. Problem is Vrbo introduction of parking. Yes this property has parking lot inside building. But need to request and confirm availability. 3 days before my arrival, I had gotten this information from owner. Owner had tried and resolved my parking lot. Please don’t forget to request parking lot, if you drive car.

The apartment was exactly as listed and actually seemed even larger than we expected. It was very hot while we visited in June, but the air conditioning worked well and kept the apartment comfortable. We had been traveling for a week prior to our stay here, so it was nice to be able to do laundry. The balcony was lovely for enjoying coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. We were able to easily access a market for essentials, but mostly enjoyed walking to the huge variety of restaurants in the area. The beach is just across the street. It was a bit rocky in the water, but we went to the area with the breakwater the next day, and it was sandy on the bottom and great for cooling off. Truly the perfect place for our family of four! We loved it here so much!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie liegt sehr zentral und man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wunderschön.Sehr praktisch ist auch der Garagenplatz, den man reservieren kann, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist.Die Kommunikation sowie CheckIn und CheckOut waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

The apartment was located in an excellent area, very clean, onsite parking for a reasonable fee, and had two spacious bedrooms with AC. The terrace was a wonderful place to relax with a great view

The view from the apartment was stunning! It was quite noisy on the balcony given the location, but the view made up for that. The apartment was clean, simple, and comfortable, and it was nice having air conditioning in the main rooms as it was quite hot when we were there. Functionality and communication regarding the parking could have been a bit better. It would have been nice to have somewhere in the shower to put our own stuff and a bar of soap. The parking garage, as is typical in Europe, is tight! Also, it would have been helpful to indicate on the parking PDF that you need to have the fob in order to exit the garage! We enjoying walking to the city center and along the boardwalk. Overall, it is a delightful little apartment.

Great location and View!

Apartment is very close to the beaches and Marina. 15 min walk to the historic area. Very nice two bedroom with a patio that has a wonderful view of the water. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Best Place on the Beach in Malaga!

The location was fantastic - right on the beach, an easy walk to Old Town and the Port and close to lots of great restaurants and A Carrefour grocery store. The balcony can be noisy because of the traffic below and a bit breezy, but the views and sunrises are outstanding!The washer/dryer was confusing to operate for a non-European, even after reading the manual, so some better instructions would be helpful.

Das Appartement war wirklich schön und modern. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Der Ausblick war wirklich toll, allerdings muss man auch wissen, dass die Unterkunft direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt. Demanch war es auf dem Balkon immer sehr laut. Die Fenster waren aber gut isoliert. Man braucht nicht lange in die Stadt und ist direkt am Strand. Der Parkplatz musste zu unserer Überraschung noch separat bezahlt werden und war nicht inklusive. Die Kommunikation verlief super und schnell. Vielen Dank

I loved walking right across the street to a beautiful beach. Being on the 13th floor, it was very quiet but you could still have beautiful views of the city life, the beach and the sunrise.

Great apartment

Myself and x2 friends had a great time staying here. 2 min walk to beach and 15 min walk into Malaga Central. Apartment was modern, spacious and very clean. Olga was still cleaning when we arrived, however allowed us to leave our luggage in the property, we thought that was a nice touch. Great communication with both Francisca and Olga, always on hand if we we needed anything. (Which we didn't). Thanks for everything and we'll certainly book again. Iain J.

Excellent in every way!

We had an excellent 4-day holiday at Malagueta. We walked almost everywhere in town, and staying at the beach with a spectacular view and good restaurants near by was made even nicer by the comfort of this apartment. Muchos gracias!

This was the perfect place to celebrate our 50th The apartment was very nice and very clean. A beautiful Malagueta Experience

This apartment comes exactly as described. Located within walking distance of major attractions and many excellent restaurants. Local neighborhood markets,grocers etc are likewise just a short stroll away. Francisca and Olga were most helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Trips to Marbella, Puerto Banos, Torremolinos were wonderful and easy to arrange. Of course, on any given day, a stroll through the magnificent Paseo del Parque on your way into old town is an experience to enjoy in itself. Would definitely return. We are home one day and missing it already!

The place is conveniently located close to downtown, roughly 10mins walk away. Dining options are endless, from just downstairs, to 5mins walk to the seafront, and10mins walk to the heart of downtown. There is a 2 carrefours just minutes away for the essentials for a good price.

Lovely views!

Gorgeous views from balcony. Bit noisy with traffic below at times, but not really a problem for us. Apartment was all we needed, nice touches like washing up liquid, hand soap, toilet rolls, etc. to get started. No blackouts in bedrooms but we wanted to get up early and get out and about so I was happy with that! Olga was brilliant and fitted us in for a brief run down of the apartment even though our flight was much later than planned. Thank you for a great stay :)

Wonderful Host

The property looks just like it does in the photo's, in fact it seemed larger than we thought. The property owner was not available when we checked in so we met with the housekeeper, Olga. She did not speak English and we did not speak Spanish btu she was able to show us around and explain all the keys. We were there for a bit of a rest during a multiple week Spain vacation and this was a great place. A variety of restaurants, grocery stores all right around the corner. We were driving a car and Olga was great at getting us into the garage. Couldn't ask for more!

Perfect Location

From the views to the well stocked kitchen, this lovely apartment was perfectly located to the many attractions we wanted to explore. The check-in was seamless and the property manager checked in on us to make sure all our needs were met. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!
