The Space:
The former commercial unit is located on the 1st floor in the quietly situated rear building and has been converted and renovated into a 2-room flat. On 84 m² there is space for up to 8 people The spacious kitchen/living room offers a large dining area, comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into single beds and a flat screen TV with Amazon Fire TV Stick and Zatoo Live TV function. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker and kettle. The renovated bathroom has a shower/WC and a laundry machine with dryer function. Explore Munich like a local and benefit from the central but quiet location and the size of the flat.

The Neighborhood:
Maxvorstadt is Munich's university quarter and offers small galleries and major cultural attractions, including the 3 art museums of the Pinakothek, where masterpieces from centuries past can be seen. In addition to bookshops and independent boutiques, it is home to student pubs and trendy restaurants serving everything from Chinese dumplings to upscale tapas. Summer concerts are held on the leafy Königsplatz and films are shown outdoors.
Getting Around:
The underground station Maillingerstr. is only a few minutes walk from the flat. The U1 and U7 lines provide excellent connections to the local transport network.
