Located in the southern district of Fürstenried, this apartment is located near all shops of daily needs: food, pharmacy, drugstore and various Restaurantes and restaurants. The subway is located in the immediate vicinity.

Great access to downtown!
two groceries stores, a high end store with a bakery, and a discount store (Norma) make it easy to eat in, saving money for other activities.
…and you are so close, you can almost jump into the subway station! Get the weekly M pass for 22 euro and travel everywhere whenever you want. Go to Maxhof Gausthaus two stops away for a great dinner.
REWE is a nice grocery story next door with a good bakery, take-away hot food bar, meats, cheeeses, and beautiful fruits and vegetables.
the living room. It’s a one-bed place, but you can comfortablly fit two solo travelers if someone doesn’t mind the couch.

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient -- Totally enjoyed our stay at this rental! Located right on the U-Bahn, this place was the perfect location for our weeks long stay in Munich. You have convenient access to everything. Within a short walk from the rental is a supermarket, pharmacy, convenience store, bakeries, department store, restaurants, and a bank with an ATM - all in a quiet suburb of Munich. This place was just perfect for visiting for a few weeks and living like a local. The apartment was very clean and the host is by far the best we have rented from, too. We cannot recommend highly enough!

Rented for our visit to Octoberfest and was great for us. Apt was as presented in description and the communication with the Host is excellent. The U bahn is right outside the entrance to the building. There are shops, grocery, bakery, bank close by. Would consider staying again. Some unique things is that you get keys in the mail ahead of time (not an issue for us) just FYI. You are in an apartment building and need to remember there are other people living there that you can't control what they do. Overall a good visit to Munich!

really love the place

this was a great location. several bakeries and grocery stores a block away. The apartment had everything one could possibly need while living there. The internet was fast. the neighbors were friendly if shy. the elevator is tiny but sufficient. There are some stairs both down to the elevator and up to the apartment floor (3rd floor if counting ground floor as 1). The sofa bed was comfortable. my family and I are planning our next stay there already.

Perfect for taking U-Bahn

Host was wonderful and very responsive via WhatApp. Apartment was a bit outdated, but homy and comfortable. Groceries, bank, cafe, shopping, just down the street. Perfect location to that the subway. Wish list: Tell guests exactly how to find building, where to enter and how to find apartment on what floor. Have English instructions for TV and internet and other important info. Really appreciated having furniture in the bedroom and coat hangers. One week in Munich was not enough. Thank you for everything! J and C

Perfect location, cozy stay

Very nice place equipped with everything needed for any length stay. I stayed 10 nights and upon arrival I felt immediately at home. Arrived very late in Munich and even later at the address. With excellent directions and tips from the host, I found the entrance immediately despite being very tired. I enjoyed the balcony every day; morning coffee or late glass of wine were just more enjoyable outside. And no mosquitos!! There are even two balconies - I used one only accessible from the living room. It is also very private. The bedroom has darkening curtains - very helpful on bright summer mornings. Sleeping in was not a problem at all. U-Bahn is right by the building and accessing the city center was easy and convenient. I loved being further out, enjoyed walks in the neighborhood a lot. And having 4 (four!!) bakeries in the immediate area was incredible, well, maybe except for the waistline. Many thanks to the nice host Benita - I absolutely loved everything about my stay!!

Great location/a few problems

Honest review-->Positives:Great location.Very quiet & safe.UBahn/buses are steps away.Food shops/bakeries/coffee/restaurants literally downstairs and all excellent. Nice neighbourhood to explore. Negatives: owner sends 'keys' across the world so I had to keep track of keys(even though a keypad is on the front door).Owner does not check that published/promised amenities are available and working: TV didn't work (only 4 German channels-not disclosed), iron was missing, WiFi didn't work. It took 2 days to remedy TV/WLAN issues. Owner told me to buy an iron/she would reimburse. Travellers do not want to shop for what's advertised to be provided! This disabled traveller had to clean long black hair from the bath so it would drain. Coffee machine but no (welcoming) coffee pods (I've never seen that in my travels). No washing machine soap. Owner told me to put dish soap in washer..it's NOT the same! More attention to detail from owner is necessary. I'm very respectful of rental properties. I made sure I cleaned after myself.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer U Bahn Station, so dass man das Auto einfach stehen lassen kann. Bäcker und Lebensmittelladen sind ebenfalls direkt am Haus. Da wir den ganzen Tag bis spät in den Abend hinein unterwegs waren, war es für uns perfekt.

Super ausgestattete Wohnung, da bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Sehr sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Direkt vor der Tür die U-Bahn, zwei Supermärkte und ein Kiosk der ca bis Mitternacht geöffnet hat. Die Nacht kann man bei geöffneten Fenster genießen, laut wird es erst ab 7 Uhr morgens. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es rund herum. Das beste ist aber die aufmerksame, herzliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin!!!

Handig en goed uitgerust appartement

Prettig appartement waar we ons thuis voelden. Goed uitgeruste keuken, allerlei faciliteiten in de omgeving (bakker, winkels, restaurants) en heel dichtbij de metro.

Wir waren von Anfang bis zum Ende begeistert. Für uns persönlich war wirklich Alles perfekt. Die Lage kann kaum übertroffen werden und wir hatten jederzeit Unterstützung von der Eigentümerin. Alles in Allem würden wir immer und immer wieder sehr gerne diese Ferienwohnung mieten.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem drum und dran. Optimale Anbindung an die U-Bahn (1 Min zur Station und 15 Fahrt zum Marienplatz). Die wichtigsten Geschäfte sind direkt in der Nähe.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in perfekter Lage um schnell mit der U-Bahn in die City zu kommen oder mit dem Auto ins Umland. Parken war gar kein Problem und ansonsten gab es in unmittelbarer Nähe alles was man braucht. Vielen Dank an die sehr freundliche Vermieterin.

bon appartement dans banlieue calme mais proche du centre

l'appartement et l'environnement sont agréables. Les commerces & le métro sont à quelques dizaines de mètres. On est dans le centre (cathédrale) en un quart d'heure par le métro.

Rundum zufrieden!

Wir waren mehrere Wochen in München, um Familie zu besuchen und haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist exzellent und übertrifft alle anderen Ferienwohnungen, bei denen ich bisher war. Neben Frühstück konnten wir auch richtige Mahlzeiten kochen. Der Wohnbereich ist praktisch möbliert sodass wir sogar mehrere Gäste empfangen konnten. Die Lage war auch optimal: Auch wenn der Häsuerblock schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten: Einkauf, Dienstleistungen, ÖPNV, Parkplätze...

Stadt Land Fluss

Absolut empfehlenswert. Netter Kontakt, immer hilfreiche Infos und zielgenaue Anreisebeschreibung. Mitten im Vorstadtleben und gleichzeitig erholsam-ländlich. Historischer Biergarten „Alter Wirt“ nur ca. 1km entfernt. Nur eine Viertelstunde zum Isartal!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Größe und Einrichtung war für meine Zwecke genau richtig. Die Umgebung, die Erreichbarkeit zur U-Bahn und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ich würde dort gerne bei Bedarf wieder Quartier beziehen.
