Monteverde 2BDR Family Apartment

This lovely home is located in Monteverde Vecchio, one of Rome's most beautiful and vibrant neighborhoods. It's close to Villa Pamphili, the city's largest and greenest park, with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and a bus stop right under the house. The bus provides quick access to Termini station, the city center, and Trastevere.

The apartment features a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with access to the balcony, and two bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a single bed with a pull-out bed underneath. There's a second large fully equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower. All necessary linens are provided.



There is a garage available for guests, but please note that maneuvering can be challenging, especially for larger vehicles such as SUVs, due to a column in front of the entrance.

City taxes: € 6 per person per night, is not included in the total rate and has to be paid upon arrival.



Late check-in: a late check-in fee of € 30 applies for arrivals after 08.30 PM and € 50 after midnight.

Wonderful neighborhood

The property was clean, safe, and close to everything we needed. Bus stop into the city is close to the apartment and easy to navigate. It was nice to return home to a quiet street after a day of exploring.

Nice appartment in Monteverde

Nice and calm neighborhood, supermarket and bus stop close by, railway station less than 10 minutes walk away. Well-equipped appartment with climatisation and a shallow backyard balcony and a small garage.

Great place to stay in Rome

The location is not entirely close to the city center or attractions if you don't want to walk, however for people who want a beautiful quiet neighborhood away from the touristy areas this place is perfect. And I loved it was up above the city so we could take in the sights from afar. We found delicious food nearby and the entire experience from check in to check out was great. Would highly recommend this property. Special thanks to Elisabetta who was incredibly helpful and so kind particularly during the check in process.

Splendid stay in Rome!!!

We have so many complimemts for this rental! We had a lovely lady, Simona greet us with all instructions! The neighborhood was beautiful, so many lovely places to eat and walk around. Kitchen was decently stocked, we had to buy only essentials! Beds were comfortable. Every thing was simply spectacular. We have a lovely memory from here! Ciao Rome, until next time!

SUPER Stay

Very clean. The beds were great. Real Hot hot water. Near to markets for groceries. Near to bus stops to all the Sights. Clothes washer works great and so does the dishwasher. The building is secure and in a residential neighbor that is safe. SUPER Stay for 12 days.

Nice appartement, but…

…but it is a rugged place that is badly kept up - 17 lights not working, the state of the shower in one bathroom is undisputible with mould and lime spots all over. The rooms were dirty, obviously not wiped before arrival, all covers - sofa and chairs - messy, the kitchen not suited for preparing meals - we had to ask for kitchen towels, the porzellan is a mixture of objects aquired at a thriftshop, Not matching at all. The guy welcoming us was in such a hurry just handing out the keys and collecting the citytax, explained nothing, did not show us around, so we had to look in all the wardrobes, part of them filled with rubbish, to find an ironingbord. Last but not least the tv and sky did not work. The rooms are actually quite nice but in a horrible state. So the price is far to high. Actual a case to demand a compensation. Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN!

Such a wonderful property. Clean, tons of windows and super-comfortable beds. Easy check-in and the manager even arranged pickup and drop off to the airport. Safe building in quiet neighborhood. Wir wurden wirklicj sehr freundlich empfangen, das Appartament ist in einer tollen Lage und bietet viel Platz. Eine Garage ist vorhanden (unterirdisch), das macht das Parken sehr komfortabel. Das Appartament ist gut ausgestattet, das einzige Manko ist die Sauberkeit, an der es zu wünschen übrig lässt: es macht den Eindruck, dass eine eher oberflächliche Reinigung vorgenommen wurde - und auch wenn die Ausstattung eigentlich super ist, so sind manche Möbel sehr alt und abgewohnt und manche Geräte aufgrund von Verschmutzungen nicht verwendebar. Super ist, dass es einen Geschirrspüler gibt. Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
