Tortora Suite is a delightful apartment located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house in Marina di Massa, just 400 meters from the beach, and close to shops and restaurants.

It boasts a small terrace (with breakfast table), a private parking for 1 car, and a small garden shared with the other guests of the semi-detached house.

The apartment, which is accessed from the garden by climbing 4 steps, can accommodate up to 5 people, and has a bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (with beds that can be joined together if necessary).

The lovely living area consists of a comfortable double sofa bed, tv, a dining table for 6 people, and a kitchen equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator.

Included Internet Wifi and air conditioning. Pets are not allowed.

The use of the washing machine is shared with other 2 apartments of the semi-detached house.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); Internet Wifi; air conditioning.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (260,00€); heating according to consumption. Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (100,00€) is also requested at check-in (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
