居心地の良い、きれいで整然とした環境は、Pietrasantaの歴史的中心部にある広々とした明るいアパートメントを、Piazza Duomoから数歩先に見下ろす特徴です。
ピエトラサンタに滞在したい家族や3人のカップルに完璧にフィットする本当に快適なベース、どちらも夏の休暇中に、中心から自転車で簡単に行くことができるビーチだけでなく、年間を通して週末にもピエトラサンタはすべての季節に本当に価値のある文化イベントを提供しているからです。

グラウンドフロアには、アパートには小さくて魅力的なプライベートの内庭があり、テーブルと椅子を備えたリラクゼーションエリアと食器洗い機があるランドリーエリアがあります。

1階に行くと、ダイニングエリアとリビングエリアがある大きなリビングルームに直接つながるアパートの入り口があります。 右側には廊下を通り、シャワー付きの大きなモダンなバスルームとマスターベッドルームの前にあります。
廊下沿いには、白い大理石のクラッディングが施されたクラシックなトスカーナ様式のキッチンと、中庭を見下ろす小さなテラスがあります。

リビングルームの左側には2つのダブルベッドルームがあり、どちらも非常に広々としたサイズで、ダブルベッドに変換できます。
最初の部屋は中庭を見下ろし、もう1つはStagio Stagi通りを望んでいます。

リビングエリアのエアコン、wi-fiインターネット、アパートメントのゲストが利用できる自転車2台。

Our Stay in Pietrasanta with Tuscany in Style was exactly what we hoped for.We were met at the door by a lovely representative and introduced to the accommodation. The team gave us good advice when needed through our stay. It was neat, clean and comfortable with lovely big rooms and a feeling of history. Very pleasant shower in a spacious bathroom and eventhough only one bathroom, we did not seem to notice.Outdoor dining space downstairs peaceful and cool.Location was exactly what we wanted; on one of the main streets towards the Piatza with so much energy and activity giving the full Italian bustly town experience. Easy access to all eateries and shops and walking distance to everything. Quite in the apartment when windows closed if preferred. Superb highly recommended stay for inner city experience.

A wonderful place to stay with the family.

The apartment is spacious and with the outdoor courtyard and balcony terrace one never feels confined. The apartment is centrally located and all is in walking distance.

Great apartment in a great location!

My husband and I spent almost 2 weeks in this lovely apartment in Pietrasanta. We so much enjoyed the comfort and amenities of the apartment, from the well-equipped kitchen to the laundry facilities and especially the location. We didn't really need 3 bedrooms, but it was nice to have the space anyway. The bed was comfortable and it is such a plus to have good quality linens and pillows.

Great little apartment

We had a really nice stay at this apartment, Its very close to the central square with lots of cafes and restaurants. The downside of being close to restaurants is that there are bottle collections at 7.30am and street sweeping shortly afterwards. Bit of a shocking way to wake up - alarm clocks not needed.! Apart from that - a nice flat with great water pressure and a fantastic shower.

More than a positive experience, Pietrasanta is lovely, and the apartment was perfect: spacious, very clean and well maintened. The private courtyard has been improved a lot compared to the photos, and it was a pleasant surprise. We recommend this place! Thank you

Elena's Place was perfect, inside the center of Pietrasanta a state of art of beauty house, italian style... all services are near with the best local italian products. I can only reccomend this apartment.

Une excellente expérience

L'appartement est très propre et ravissant, sa situation est optimale même si un peu bruyante, notamment le matin au ramassage du verre vide dans les restaurants. Nous avons également profité des 2 jolies et pittoresques terrasses. Un parking gratuit disponible à 5 minutes à pieds rend les déplacements confortables. Notre séjour dans cet appartement à été excellent.

Outstanding location in a beautiful Tuscan town

It's hard to describe how conveniently located this three-bedroom apartment is. It is situated only 5 minutes walk from the Pietrasanta train station and a further 3 minutes to the bus station via a pedestrian passage under the tracks. It is practically on the Piazza Duomo on a prime shopping and restaurant street and there are at least 20 café bars and high quality restaurants within arms reach. The apartment, although it is in the historic centre of Pietrasanta, is fully equipped for the self-catering traveller - oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board etc. There are two well maintained bicycles available in the entrance lobby which also leads off to the courtyard which can be seen in the pictures. The washing machine and small second kitchen is at this ground floor level also. The downside of the enclosed courtyard (and having to go there to use the washing machine) is that we were bitten alive by mosquitoes, which seem to like hanging around the air conditioning outlet down there. So effectively the courtyard is not of any practical use for relaxing, unless you have very thick and mosquito resistant skin! Be careful in the bathroom also, as there seemed to be a number of the critters living there also. Elena, the apartment manager, is very efficient, has perfect English and is able to guide you to the prime tourist attractions of the area. There was no difficulties with arrival and departure administration (Thank you, Elena). The apartment is very quiet at night, even with the noise of nearby restaurants floating in, which we in fact found very pleasing, but which stops anyway shortly after 11pm. The Cinque Terre, Viareggio, Lucca etc are within so easy reach from the train/bus station that it would be a shame to come to this apartment and not explore all possibilities by public transport. The only thing you really need a car for is to do Carrara marble mines, but you'd probably be better going on an organised trip for that rather than taking the risk with a car in the mountains.

La ville de pietrasanta est juste magnifique. L' appartement est très bien situé et son intérieur est splendide...Cerise sur le gâteau, vous avez juste en face un petit restaurant nommé Quarantuno où l on mange à merveille et le restaurateur et son équipe sont très accueillants et d une grande gentillesse... en conclusion tout était parfait...

A lovely time in Pietrasanta!

We had a wonderfull time during our stay at Casa Sara. The apartment is very large, clean and extremely well equipped. It is well positioned in the historical city centre of Pietrasanta, two minutes walk into the train station. Very close by are supermarkets and other shops. Elena and kathy are very kind and helpful people.. It's hard to imagine a better solution in Pietrasanta!
