Enjoy a wonderful holiday in this apartment on the beachfront in Can Picafort. It sleeps 4 people.
The main terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea breeze after a day at the beach. It is equipped with table and chairs to enjoy your meals outdoors and with unbeatable views.

The flat is located on the 4th floor of a building with lift. The main room leads into the living-dining-kitchen area with AC, TV-sat and ceramic hob. There are 3 bedrooms all with AC. One has a double bed and exit to the second terrace, another one has two single beds and the last one has 1 single bed. There is a bathroom with bathtub in the accommodation. In addition the flat offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided.

The location of the flat is unbeatable: in the centre of Can Picafort, with easy access to all services such as shops, supermarkets or restaurants and, best of all, just a step away from the beautiful beach with crystal clear waters and golden sand. Not far away you have the wonderful beach of Capellans and by using public transport you can visit other beaches and magical places such as Playa de Muro or the old town of Alcúdia.

The location and the view was really nice. The beach is very clean and there are many shops and restaurants reachable by food. One thing to mention is that at night it is really loud, as the restaurant next to the apartment plays live music until midnight. We still had a very nice stay.

Stunning Beach View

For the beach view and proximity to beach an 6 out of 5 star rating! The condo is clean. The kitchen had pots, dishes and cutlery. Note: there is no hand soap, shampoo, paper towel or beach towels. There is a hallway camera inside the condo, Homerti responded quickly and informed us to use the cover to close it. It is for when the condo is unoccupied. The bar restaurant music performance is louder than I expected and does go until midnight.

Sehr einfacher Checkin per Schlüsselkasten an der Wohnungstür und Fernbedienung per Internet für die Treppenhaustür (Smartphone wird benötigt!)Im Haus gibt es einen (sehr kleinen) Fahrstuhl oder man nimmt die Treppe bis in den 4. Stock.Schade das die vorhandene Tiefgarage nicht mit benutzt werden kann, denn parken in der Nähe kann echt zum Geduldsspiel werden.Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles was man benötigt.Da wir gegen 24 Uhr eintrafen und alle Läden schon zu waren, wären 1 oder 2 Flaschen Wasser im Kühlschrank nicht schlecht gewesen, aber ok.. das Wasser aus der Leitung kann man bekannterweise ja nicht trinken.Das Internet ist sehr schnell (ca. 1000 Mbit!) ..sowas gibts nichtmal in Deutschland flächendeckend!Der Fernseher ist ein älterer Philips LED TV ohne Smartfunktionen.. wer also Netflix, Waipu und Co. schauen möchte, muss sich ein Chromecast oder Fire TV Stick mitbringen.Die Lage an sich ist traumhaft.. wirklich direkt am Meer und an der "Partymeile" ..in der Hauptsaison ist der Strand gegen 11 Uhr leider schon überfüllt.Und das Restaurant gegenüber hat jeden Abend Livemusik.. bis ca 23:30 (das Michael Jackson Double ist nicht schlecht!)Wer also absolute Ruhe zum Schlafen braucht und früh ins Bett will, ist hier falsch!Restaurants gibt es in Hülle und Fülle.. da ist wirklich für jeden was dabei.. selbst wer nur was schnelles für den Strand braucht; ein Burger King ist nur 1min entfernt.Aldi ist auch nur 3min die Straße hoch.

Amazing sea view, nice appartment in tourist area Big fully furnished appartment with an amazing view from the living room and main balcony. You can hear the sea from every bedroom even with closed windows! Small utility balcony for hanging wet clothes and towels was a blast. Big fridge, big dishwasher (maybe too big as it may be difficult to fill it up), comfy couch. We had no problem finding parking spots in the nearby street - although we were there outside of the season, it may get more difficult during summer. Great responsiveness from the handling crew - the broken dryer was replaced the same day we reported it and other small issues were handled right away as well. Pretty nice location, although it can get a little loud at night from the nearby night club. Lots of restaurants and minimarkets around - however if you like more local, "real" places we strongly recommend walking a short distance to get out of the tourist area. As soon as you find yourself in a calmer area you can find really great, local restaurants. One of the bedrooms was equipped with a very short bed - it should be normally sized if the property has a non-children rule. The shower drain was clogged even after the crew sent someone to unclog it. One of the curtains in the living room was broken and should be replaced. The curtains seemed a bit used-up as well and replacing them with new ones in a nice color would be nice. It can get really loud when drunk people leave the night club. Be careful while cooking - the cooker hood is really low and it's easy to bang your head.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Aussicht war traumhaft. Bei Fragen und Problemen war immer eine Ansprechperson zu erreichen. Die Klimaanlage war defekt und es wurde sofort ein Techniker raus geschickt um diese zu reparieren.
