Beautiful property in lovely town

My husband and I just had a 7 day stay at this place and were truly impressed with the property and the location. There was so much space and the rooftop deck with the 360 views were amazing. Colònia Sant Pere was a gem. Such a nice quiet town that has not been overrun with tourists. We enjoyed walking along the waterfront and were really impressed by the variety and quality of the restaurants along the boardwalk.

Beschaulicher Urlaub

Das Objekt ist sehr schön, leider wird schon früh am Morgen einiger Lärm verursacht. Aber man ist sehr zentral, kurze Wege und der Blick aufs Meer entschädigt für das frühe Aufstehen.

Sehr schönes Haus in einem ruhigen, freundlichen Ort am Meer

Das Haus ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen Ausblick auf Meer und Berge. Colonia de San Pere ist ein beschaulichen Ort mit einer schönen Uferpromenade, an der auch einige Restaurants zu finden sind. Für uns war es genau richtig, wer allerdings Trubel und Animation will, ist in diesem Ort falsch. Zum Glück gibt t es noch solche Häuser und Orte auf Mallorca.

un alojamiento perfecto!

una casa preciosa, muy bien decorada, luninosa, limpísima y con todas las comodidades: colchones de calidad, cuartos de baño nuevos con unas duchas estupendas, cocina bonita y muy funcional, y una terraza con vistas espectaculares al mar y la montaña. hemos pasado unos días muy agradables y nos hemos sentido muy a gusto en el alojamiento. los anfitriones han respondido con amabilidad y rapidez. una estancia perfecta.

Sehr schön gelegene Penthouse Wohnung

Vielen Dank, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufthalt. Lage und Blick sind super. Supermärkte für den kleinen Einkauf sind in unmittelbarer Lage. Lokale und Strand am Ort sind sehr gut.

Authentic Mallorca in a full-optional centric townhouse

The house is really fresh, refurbished with taste and care (by Joan’s talented wife) and therefore well organized to the tiniest details - e.g.: never found soooo many utensils and basic cooking products in a vacation house’s kitchen before. It is located in a square in the little village with all necessary services at hand - including the Paseo Maritimo with its cafes and small beach. Our son was also thrilled by the discovery of a table tennis in the garage while I really enjoyed the deck terrace with its views and privacy to relax and work at my tan while reading. Also “Reservation, confirmation, check in and out“ were really managed professionally and smoothly. Well done, Joan and team. We highly recommend this cozy house and experience!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Der Vermieter gibt zwischendurch per WhatsApp Tips über Veranstaltungen in der Nähe. Alles in allem ein perfekter Ablauf.
