A perfect flat in a great location

We enjoyed the spacious flat, especially with spots for visiting with our family in the elegant living room and the large kitchen. Everyone had a large bedroom. The location was perfect - close to public transit and many amenities.

Don’t hesitate to book this apartment!

When you see a listing “the best” of anything, you often wonder if it’s true. In this case, it was even better than expected. The location is spot on the best in the city. Walkable to everywhere (and really walkable, not miles and miles) we often just sat on the balconies drinking wine and watching the lights come on on the castle and hillside. So much space, a great kitchen and large bedrooms. More than enough room for everyone. Right on the tram line but we didn’t even need it. The bathrooms worked well for us. One full bath, one bath split in two — shower and sink in one, toilet and sink in another. Allowed getting ready to be easy. Renata was very communicative— texting a few times during the week with suggestions. She recommended a fantastic airport transfer which made getting there incredibly easy. We will be back and recommend this apartment for family or friends requiring space but not wanting multiple hotel rooms. Literally made the trip

Perfect Prague

The flat/apartment is huge, gorgeous, well equipped, handy location. We're in our 70s and could walk almost everywhere from here. We didn't want to leave. Only hitch was getting the door key. We had a private driver bringing us to the city, so had to make stop at a location 29 minutes away but wasn't that big of a deal. We just loved the apartment and location Anyone getting to stay here is in for a treat

Prague Gem

The flat was wonderful for our family of 5 adults. The unit can easily accommodate 8 people comfortably. We enjoyed the large living room where we spent time and did a jigsaw puzzle. Plenty of seating to accommodate 8-10 people. Every Bedroom had plenty of room and seating available for quiet time if you aren’t out exploring. The kitchen is well supplied to cook on your own, we didn’t, but easily could have made a large meal if desired. The washer and dryer were a nice bonus. Views from the flat are wonderful!The location is walkable to Old Town, or the tram is right out front of the building. We used the tram several times to get to various parts of the city. We found a few cafes close to the flat for breakfast.I highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again. Hopefully next summer.

Lovely, light, spacious apartment!

We felt so spoiled in this apartment! It has incredible views, gorgeous flooring, high ceilings, and feels very welcoming and bright. Our family of 5 loved it. The rooms are huge and the beds are great. The pillows could be better but everyone has differences in what pillows they like. We had the amenities we needed and everything was fantastic. Also communicating with the owner/renter was easy and no fuss! We'd love to come back again!

Beautiful!

We spent a week in Prague at Renata's flat. It was a wonderful place to stay while we visited our son during his summer internship there. Well appointed, comfortable, everything you need and plenty of space! Great location, walkable to Charles Bridge, the Castle, the Dancing House, Old Town and loads of restaurants and stores. Renata provided very detailed check in instructions which were spot on. An honor to stay at her place! Thank you!

Top notch Prague flat

It would be impossible for online photos to do this flat justice. Is is spacious, beautiful, clean, and every room has fabulous views. The owner supplied useful information about many aspects of Prague including helpful tips on public transportation (which by the way is great!). The owner was very responsive to our questions. Our only surprise was the bathroom situation. I’d describe it as 1 full bath, 2 half baths. We recommend highly!

Can't beat the view, location, and amenities

Beautiful nearly top floor apartment in Art Nouveau building just beyond the busy and noisy "new town" center, and well above the street-level melee, so you can sleep peacefully at night. The view is the best in Prague, well worth the money. 15th century water tower is outside the master bedroom window, river in front of you and the castle and its church prime viewing from the very comfortable and spacious living room with excellent sunsets. Ample space, excellent bathrooms, spotless, comfortable beds in each bedroom so adults can enjoy each room if needed. Easy to get around with fun Uber scooter park outside the front door on the other side of the road (a must to try, and explore at least once), a tram stop almost outside the front door, and another 3 mins walk away if you get tired of pounding the pavements on foot. You will not regret booking this place.

The house was wonderful, the owner, not so much.

We arrived at the rental and were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful layout of the home the aesthetics, the views. We immediately noticed that the house didn’t have linens in the bathrooms and several bedrooms didn’t have enough linens on the beds. I wrote to the owner and was dismissed as she said there were enough bedspreads throughout the home for the amount of people we booked for...... so we shuffled everyone’s linens around to accommodate. No towels in the bathrooms, we found some in the linen closet. Fast forward to the day of check-out: We walked through the home to tidy it up, collected any small garbage, made the beds, etc. The home was tidy when we left as a rental would be. 1 week later we receive a message from the owner that we broke the coffee table, broken trash can and there was “debris” throughout the home. She demanded over $450 from our insurance company to replace these. This is a downright fraudulent claim as when we were at the home a week earlier visiting friends who rented it, we noticed the coffee table was already broken, and messily glued together. The trash can was absolutely not broken when we left. This home is lovely but to leave it in cared-for condition as when we checked in and to have her try to post a claim on our insurance to improve her home is downright wrong. Do not recommend this rental for this reason.

Beautiful place and great location

Renata prepared us well with the trip and the check in process. We had a few questions wrt adjusting the thermostat and faucet and Renata replied within minutes. She was helpful about reserving the ride to the airport and checkout process. The house was beautiful, ornate floors and ceilings, beautiful orchids in some rooms. Great functional balconies. $1000 views.

Perfect stay

Renata has an absolutely beautiful and spacious flat. We were able to walk everywhere and were close to all of the main sites. Gorgeous views. I would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Beautiful, Spacious Apartment with GREAT View

The views from the windows and balcony were wonderful. My daughter and I splurged for this place; it was a lot of space (four bedrooms) for just the two of us, but it was worth it for the fine views and the spacious, lovely rooms.

Lejligheden er meget flot og godt indrettet. Ligger perfekt med 3 sporvogns linjer nærmest uden for døren. Vi havde tænkt lidt over gadestøj men det var ikke meget vi kunne høre. 3 gode lokale restauranter tæt på lejligheden var alle et besøg værd. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen

Fantastic large apartment

This apartment is very big and very very nice. The views are fantastic. Renata has been very helpful. I would love to stay here again. Prague itself is beautiful, can highly recommend a boat trip, we used Prague Cruises.

Fantastic Stay/Property

This property was exactly as listed. The views of Prague are amazing, and the amount of space was exactly what we needed. Renata was easy to work with and even helped around great, affordable transportation from the airport. I would recommend this property.

Beautiful location and apartment in Prague

The location, the apartment and view from this apartment was amazing. It was a huge, gorgeous place with views from every room. The one negative we would site is the lack of amenities in the place- no soap in the bathroom or showers, not a spec of product or shampoo, or soap for the washer dryer which they tout in the listing. All minor things but would be expected at this price point in Prague. Aside from these minor inconveniences a beautiful apartment with a great view of the city.

Overpriced, terrible cheap service

Though the location is good and the place spacious with good lighting, this place is a big no no and would definitely not repeat nor recommend. The host is always trying to upsell and doesn't really care much about your comfort overall. Her assistant Alina is simply awful. Extremely rude from start to finish, walks in the apartment with shoes at check-in then calls you for it, doesn't show the apartment, instead shows a cheap dirty damaged folder with some maps and very little information, besides reminding you that the deposit will be kept if any rules are not respected in font 40. Her presentation of the place just focuses mostly on the importance of taking out trash and washing dishes or being quiet, when this had already been mentioned 5 times by the host before. The impression is that they will do anything they can to charge you something additional. Yet at this rate, there is not even a bottle of water upon arrival or a little coffee and sugar, or dish soap. The apartment wasn't even that clean, lots of dust in corners, it seems some areas weren't even cleaned from previous tenant, some smells. Bedding was very low budget, tiny for even one adult and made in synthetic, noise from one room to another (within the apartment) is terrible. Water heater failed during the stay, it seemed the host and help were aware of this yet surely forgot to mention that, so one night without hot water. We came across the assistant in the city during our stay, as we said a simple hello, she completely avoided us, ignoring us as if we were so type of street hustlers. All exchanges with her were harsh and borderline disrespectful. Check out was mentioned as 11am by host. When helper said it was 10am, we told her host had said 11am. To which she responded "it's my job, I'm working, it's 10am, host made a mistake", with a rude tone. As I look for the email she quickly says ok for 11am. Then the day before check out, host sends an email, never asked once if we were enjoying the place, mentions that the check out is at 10am. Seriously, this is unacceptable.

Best stay in Prague

I highly recommend this stunning flat. It’s spacious, light, clean with incredible views. It accommodated our family of 9 very comfortably. It’s very central, we walked everywhere. Renata was courteous and very helpful, she arranged taxi transfer to and from her flat.

First visit to Prague

Our host was extremely helpful, arranging to have our taxi waiting for us at the airport to take us to our accommodations. The facility was clean and spacious for there were nine of us. Good layout of floor plan. However, there is one big drawback. There is no air conditioning and the temp was hot. We opened the doors and windows and then were subjected to unbelievable street noise. The apartment is on a corner and both buses and street cars and loud motorcycles and cars continually are driving by. If not for that it would be delightful. AC is desperately needed.

Loved it!

What a stunning property and superbly appointed. Our family enjoyed this place despite the cold wet weather. The view is wonderful and it is a huge apartment with a very well stocked kitchen for cooking. Very well located to access all the sites and there is a great wine bar downstairs in the same block. Only drawback is that the elevator is super small and a bit slow so you end up taking 6 flights of stairs. Good exercise but not great for arrival and departure. Would definitely stay again.

Best view in Prague

This is a really wonderful flat. Large, spacious and perfect for friends and family getting together for a relaxing holiday. The flat is in a great location too, with an easy walk to and along the river, as well as fabulous views of the cathedral, castle and river. Hard to beat!
