Lovely apartment, very thoughtfully appointed. Perfect location.Washing machine and dryer a godsend during a long trip.Very easy booking process, regular communications with host. Great service provided for transfers and managing luggage up the stairs - thanks Petr.I would definitely stay here again, and I will recommend it to family and friends if they were travelling to Prague.

Clean, large apartment, very centrally located. Hot in the summer so turning the fans on was a must. Central location comes with noise at night. Excellent host and there is laundry if needed.

Monika and JanDer were amazing - very responsive and set up pick and drop off arrangements for my family and I as well as for my daughter who joined later in the trip. Highly recommend- great location.

Absolutely lovely apartment. Plenty of space. The perfect location. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. They even help set you up with pickup and drop off! Would recommend!

Terrific location, large apartment, great hosts. Our party of four was very comfortable in the apartment, and everything we did seemed to either start in the nearby square or end in it. Plenty of great food and drink options right outside the apartment, too.Just note that one of the bedrooms faces a little alley that stayed pretty noisy until quite late (especially on World Cup game nights!). We left the windows open for comfort (no AC), so we wore ear plugs to sleep.

Thank you for the 5-star review! We are so glad that you enjoyed our apartment, felt comfortable and appreciated the central location. Since you stayed during the World Cup, the city was set up for watching the games indoors and outdoors. Unfortunately, the noise from the celebrations during this unique event happened all over the city center. Our guests generally prefer to close the windows and use the fans for completely quiet nights. While in the past it was not necessary to have AC as the summers were never hot, during the recent time the country experienced some warmer than usual days. We intend to install the AC as soon as we obtain the city permits which is unfortunately a very lengthy and complicated process since the building is protected as cultural heritage building. We will post it in the listing as soon as it is installed. Wishing you safe travels!

The property manager here was very attentive with excellent communication. The location is perfect, literally steps from Old Town Square. The rental was spacious and clean with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, fans, a kitchen and dining area, living room, we loved our home away from home!

We had everything we needed. The host had information for guests on shopping, restaurants and everything we might need during the stay. The apartment was in a great location and the perfect size for our family.

Monika was great to communicate with. The location was ideal and the apartment was very cute and clean with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The only downsides (which we knew about ahead of time) were that it didn’t have air conditioning (although the apartment had three good fans) and it was up three flights of stairs so someone who has difficulty walking would not be appropriate. And the air conditioning was only an issue due to the heatwave Europe was experiencing.

Property was in an excellent location right by the main town square. Everything was in walking distances and easy to see. The apartment had 2 big bedrooms and baths great for a family or 2 couples as the bedrooms are in separate areas of the house. The owners were amazing, sending lots of info in advance and being available during our stay via What's App.

Wonderful apartment and very clean. Far exceeded our expectations! Details about the apt. were true, and the hosts were amazing with quickly answering all of our questions. They helped with airport transfers and had loads of info about Prague. Beautiful location. Would definitely stay again!

A fantastic apartment in Prague with an excellent location and clear, responsive communication with the owners. We used Petr’s airport transfer service and highly recommend it. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and well stocked. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Prague.

You are right in front of the Astronomical Clock on Old Town Square! We hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do!!

We love the history and the vibrancy of Prague and consider the variety and quality of cultural events unbeatable.The Old Town has a very special atmosphere; the apartment is in the middle of all the historical buildings and sights.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The best is being in the middle of all the historical sights...getting up in the morning and taking a walk on the Old Town square and surrounding streets while there is no one around...very special feeling and very different from the afternoon hours when there are lots of people in the area. In the evening, we love the views of the Tyn's Cathedral and St Havel's church, all lit up. It is so quiet in the apartment that it is hard to imagine that one is actually in the middle of the busiest tourist area. Quite fascinating... We tend to open up the door of the apartment to see the clock of the Old Town Hall Tower - especially when the lights in the corridor are off and one can only see the Tower with the clock coming out of the dark. It is amazing to be in a place that has so much sunlight, that is quiet and everything is literally within few steps (historical sights, great restaurants, shops, theaters etc.)
