This property was wonderful. The view from the front porch is spectacular. All the amenities worked and included more than they need to. Umbrellas, washing machine powder, etc. Easy walk to the wall. 200 feet to grocery store. I would highly recommend.

The host was always available and very pleasant. The location and view are top notch. It’s a short walking distance to beautiful Old Town where you’re likely spend most of your time. Yes, there are lots of stairs everywhere but that is part of the charm. It’s also far enough away from boat loads of people so you can enjoy peaceful nights and get away from crowds as needed. We had 4 people in the apartment and had plenty of room. Highly recommend this apartment!

Very professional. Lovely apartment with spectacular views. And it is 73 steps up from the road, but typical for Dubrovnik. Oh, and a very sweet dog greets you at the gate.

A wonderful few days with friends

We loved our stay! The location was great because it was up the hill a bit so we had awesome views. There were a few different ways to get down to the old town which made it a great home base. The air conditioning was great, the kitchen and living room is great and the deck is amazing to sit and have drinks.

Stop over in Dubrovnik

Two "family" couples stayed for three days near old town Dubrovnik. The location is awesome. As the name of the apartment indicates - there are many stairs to the apartment. However, that is just a warm up for navigating Dubrovnik - do your steps before hand and you will love the location and the town.

Lovely apartment near old town

This is the perfect location to enjoy Dubrovnik, the apartment was a short walk to the old town but was so quiet and peaceful that we were able to sleep I disturbed (last time we stayed in the old town and it was so noisy with the bars restaurants and people partying) the views were really pretty from the veranda and the apartment was very clean and spacious and had everything you might need. The host was very helpful, they arranged airport transfers that all went smoothly. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I highly recommend.

Firstly the view is spectacular!! It was such a treat to look out every morning. There are 3 balconies all with a beautiful view...the largest one adjoining the sitting room, has lovely comfortable deck furniture and we enjoyed the late evenings there. The apartment is new ...6 years old, very well equipped and spotless. It's spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Good water pressure, and the benefit of a separate toilet to the main bathroom. Ruth, who liaised with us and checked us in was just lovely, my husband left his phone in the car we booked from the airport, she arranged to have it returned and we were so grateful. We met the owner who was delightful. The walk in to the old town is about 10 minutes, and we were pleased to be so close but in such a quiet secluded area. It's very secure, quiet and we cannot recommend it enough.

Perfect Accomodatiins

Had a beautiful stay in Dubrovnik. The apartment was lovely and very well appointed. Cant think of anythink needed additional. Patrick was very helpful w lugging up the heavy baggage and transporting us to the airport, he was very professional and supportive. The entire city requires climbing and decending stairs, so if someone is not physically able, this is not the town for them....you definitely get your step count in for the day which justifies all the amazing food! The historical sites and islands are some of the nicest places I've traveled to over the years. We will definitely return!

Our family of 3 tremendously enjoyed our stay! Ideal location with spectacular terrace views and perfect walking distance to Old Town. Josip and Ruth were exceptional, gracious hosts readily available via WhatsApp for anything we needed, even just honest ideas about activities and restaurants. Well equipped apartment for easy food prep and laundry. Highly recommend!

Amazing View and Location overlooking the Old City

The 87 Steps Apartment is a fantastic option for your stay in Dubrovnik. It's a close walk to the Old City without being in the middle. So walk to the sites or just sit on the cozy patio couch and take in the amazing view! Although there are steps to get to this apartment, it is well worthwhile and Dubrovnik is a city of steps. The space is beautiful inside as well, with thoughtful amenities in the kitchen, including an espresso and coffee maker; comfortable beds, washer and luxurious amenities. Josip was an amazing Host, offering suggestions that helped our stay immensely. Provided beach towels were an added convenience for the easy accessible Banje beach just down the hill. Pay for a comfortable beach lounger and umbrella and take a break from the city to enjoy. I highly recommend this flat. It is more beautiful and spacious in person!

Outstanding experience

The location and apartment were incredible and as advertised on VRBO. It had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. Josip was very friendly and helpful. He waited longer than expected to greet us and never complained. The view and location close to the walled city could not be better. Even the neighbor who has lived there for a long time was so friendly. Only negative which was very minimal was the separate bathroom with only one shower for the unit but not a big deal. I highly recommend this property without reservation.
