アパートメントMARIALBAは、ガーデンに囲まれた石造りの家の中で、Dubrovnik、Ploceのエリート地区にあり、旧市街と人気のある町のビーチから徒歩わずか150mです。Banjeは海の眺め、Lokrum島とDubrovnik Old Town、
エアコン付きで、Wi-Fiインターネット接続を完備しています。ゲスト用の駐車場は無料ですが、アパートメントを予約する際に予約する必要があります。
すべての重要なモニュメント、ギャラリー、教会、レストラン、カフェバー、パフォーマンスは徒歩圏内にあります。
ケーブルカー駅はアパートメントから150m、シティバスNo 8（ドブロブニクのGruz - Portへ）、No 5（Lapad半島へ）のバス停があります。

MARIALBAは2つのレベルにあります。

Amazing location! No frills but very nice hosts, good AC, and easy to get to Old Town, beaches, grocery stores etc. Be ready for lots of steps!

Property was an excellent place to explore Dubrovnik old town and is very close to the cable car station. Serdj who greeted us was really helpful going above and beyond with assistance throughout and after we left. Thouroughly recommend to stay here.

Wonderful property hosted by wonderful people. Great view from the private balcony and a relaxing space on the private terrace. 5 minute walk to Old Town. Bakeries, coffee, taxies, buses and the cable car less than a block away. Unlike many of the nearby properties this one is accessible almost directly from the road with relatively few stairs involved, this was a blessing when you have luggage. Some of the nearby properties require hiking up or down steep steps just to reach them. Be aware that Dubrovnik is a vertical experience. You will need to be prepared to walk many sets of stairs to enjoy this beautiful city properly.

Wonderful location 5 minutes from Ploce Gate. Was able to see and do everything in this amazing city, host was friendly, informative and had everything set up for us (including registering our hire car for Dubrovniks restricted travel zone for our stay). As long as you are aware of the steps up to the apartment (not an issue for us, the air con was great after the climb, but be aware Dubrovnik is full of hills and steps), this is the perfect base camp to explore the old town, Banje beach, Mount Srd and Lokrum island. Such a great stay! Perfect location just be prepared for stairs! Host was super nice and provided recommendations. The size was great for 4 people and having 2 bathrooms was amazing. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Dubrovnik

Highly recommend staying here

The property was really good and the hosts very kind. It was a short walk to the old town and to the cable car. The air conditioning makes a big difference in the summer. There were also all the appliances needed to cook food at the accommodation.

Awesome location

This property is so close to the old town and the waterfront. It was very handy to have a secure parking space. Maria and Serg were generous and helpful hosts.

Great Stay

Everything was amazing. Incredibly convenient location to both old town, the beach, and nearby markets. Very spacious apartment with plenty of beds, even though we only used 1. The view was spectacular. Super easy check in and out. We loved this location so much I would easily recommend it to my friends.

Fantastic Location

Lovely accommodation with plenty of room for the four of us. The hosts were great and we had everything we needed for our 10 days in Dubrovnik. The location is fantastic, just a short walk into the old town and Banje Beach. It was so nice to relax on the balcony and enjoy the stunning view over Lokrum Island (well worth a visit, it's beautiful). Would highly recommend this accommodation and hosts, we all had a fantastic time!

Room with a view Dubrovnik. Amazing location.

You will not find a better place to stay while staying in Dubrovnik. Sergio and Maria’s lovely home is located just a few steps above Banji Beach and a quick 5-10min walk from the heart of the old city. I highly recommend staying here. Ice cold AC in each room and a private terrace and balcony with a view. Plenty of room for a party of 4-5.

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay. The views are beautiful and the property is close to walk to old town, grocery, restaurants and public transportation. The hosts are a great family dedicated to provide anything needed for a wonderful experience. The property itself is comfortable and spacious with great showers, comfy beds and AC if needed (nice breeze from the sea was wonderful). Dedicated parking was a huge huge help.Highly recommend a stay here!

Great location with parking

Overall, a great stay given close proximity to the city and assigned parking which is rare in the area. Marked off a start due to noticing that quite a few of the dishes in the kitchen were unfortunately dirty. Additionally, there was an issue with the shower head not working properly but Marija and family were quick in finding a temporary solution which we appreciated. We felt very welcomed in Dubrovnik, hvala!

Convenient and quiet

Great stay away from the crowds. Mini-market a very short walk away with produce and baked goods. Minutes to the wall and beach. Marija was very helpful.

Gem in Dubrovnik

This is an adorable apartment near Old Town and Banje Beach. The Balcony of the master bedroom has an incredible view of the Old Town and the Adriatic sea. It was So Relaxing to sit out there and enjoy the view. There is also a lovely outdoor terrace to enjoy. Marija the host was very helpful and gave us tips for our visit in Dubrovnik.

Excellent location and hosts

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment which was ideally located for the old town, beach, cable car and supermarket. The hosts were so helpful. They organised taxis, gave advice on times to visit places, explained where the supermarket and beach were and were generally lovely. The apartment has a pretty outside dining area where we ate breakfast and lunch as well as a balcony off the main bedroom. It's 5-10 mins walk from the old town where there are loads of great restaurants.

Excellent apartment

Short walk down to old town or along road to the cable car. Lovely view over the Adriatic. Very clean. Welcoming and attentive owners. Efficient AC particularly upstairs.
