We stayed three nights before our cruise and everything was as advertised. I would recommend you ask the host for her private driver who is also excellent.

Pros:Great location! Within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Really comfortable bed. I find some VRBO owners cheap out on the mattresses and they can be uncomfortable. Not the case here!Awesome communication from host. Easy check-in. Clean unit. Cons:Exceedingly small bathroom situation. There didn’t seem to be an indication of this until I reread the reviews after checking in. The unit would be near perfect except for the bathroom situation which is almost dysfunctional for two people or anyone who is a bit on the taller or larger side. No dish towels or wash cloths. That seems to be a European thing as I have experienced this before but Americans who are used to these things should be aware so they can plan ahead.Overall, it is a nice unit in a good location if you are flexible about the awkward and tiny bathroom.

Best BNB in the area

Fabulous hospitality and accommodations. Perfect location minutes from the calcium as well as other areas for sightseeing.Will definitely refer this B&B to all our friends.

Alessandra was a wonderful host. Very responsive to all of my emails. The property is very comfortable and well located in Rome. When you go, make sure to eat at the Black Market at the end of the street.

A perfect place to stay

This property is beautifully designed and set out with all the facilities you need in a quiet little street but within easy reach of a little grocery store, cafes, shops, restaurants and is perfect for sightseeing.

You simply cannot ask for a better host or location than Alessandra’s apartment located in the heart of EVERYTHING you want to see, do or eat in the center of Rome! Alessandra is not only the most responsive host we’ve ever had on any VRBO we’ve ever stayed at, she handled ALL of the arrangements for our transportation from Rome airport to her flat and from her flat to the cruise port in Civitavecchia. Her apartment was modern, spacious, and clean AND the bed was SO comfortable! All the tourist attractions are within easy walking distance and dozens of authentic eateries and shopping boutiques are within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. We will definitely stay there again. Worth every Euro!

Perfect Stay!

This VRBO was perfect! The location was great and safe. The bed was comfortable and the AC was frigid cold, which helped a lot in the summer. We would definitely stay here again. Amazing host and place!

Cute VRBO in a great location

We loved our stay at this property. The neighborhood is within easy walking distance to major attractions, and the nightlife around Monti is lively without the major crowds. The apartment was described perfectly and accurately by the host. Would recommend 10/10!

Great location, perfect for a couple.

The property is in a great location, close to restaurants, train station, easy walk to colosseum. Very nice unit, everything you need. Washer and dryer a big plus. We would definitely stay there again if back on Rome. Thank You

Ideal location to walk to all sites

The remodel was a great use of space. It was nice to have 2 rooms with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. We highly recommend for a 5-day stay like we did. Bravo

Great flat in a great location

Wonderful little flat central to many of the attractions of Rome. Kitchen area allowed eat in breakfast and dinners when the lunches out were a bit much. Great closet areas and on-site laundry to boot. Would stay again.

Great location

My wife and I have just completed a 3 night stay at this property and found the central location excellent. Some great restaurants nearby and generally quiet. Apartment very tidy and comfortable.

Great apartment.

Very comfortable and well located charming apartment. As mentioned by others, the bathroom and shower are very small. But they worked for us.
