In the center of Rome, a stone's throw from Piazza Barberini and metro A, a nice studio apartment with an open space living room with double bed and sofa bed for two people, bathroom with shower cubicle, kitchen and terrace!

APARTMENT RULES:

- ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30-Late checkin fee from 22 to 00:30 of €50.If you arrive after 00:30 proceed to cancell the reservation

- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of € 55 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

- travel cot is available upon request

IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in it is necessary to put the photo of the identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
Guests must send documents relating to the registration of arrivals upon request.
Follow the instructions they will receive on the link sent by our staff.

*In light of the new ART circular. 109 TULPS of the Ministry of the Interior WE ARE OBLIGED TO CARRY OUT the identification of the guest WHO HAS BOOKED and who will stay in our apartments.
For reasons of public order we have the responsibility TO DO THE VERIFICATION of guests and documents before the guest accesses the apartment.

Clean room, perfect location. The host responded promptly. Good place for a couple for a couple days. A bit noisy, squeaking from the floor above. The bed was firm. Cute little deck. Would recommend.

Regarding the mattress, we would like to clarify that we intentionally chose a firm mattress, as it is generally recommended for adequate back support and is commonly preferred in hospitality settings due to its durability and comfort over time. We know that mattress preference can be very subjective and that what makes us feel comfortable can vary from person to person. Host was extremely welcoming, and communication was fantastic. The apartment is in the perfect location, being central means everything is within walking distance. With the Trevi Fountain being only a few minutes away. Will definitely stay again

Wonderful place to stay!

The host, Riccardo, was very helpful and responded quickly to any requests or questions we had, and the location of the property was perfect - away from crowd noise but a short walk to anywhere you wanted to go. I would stay here again!

Great spot

Location is perfect but off of main streets. Host is extremely responsive and made airport transfers and check in/check out simple. We would stay here again.

Great location, close to transit or walking distance to attractions. The apartment has style, very comfortable. The welcoming limoncello was a nice touch. It will be part of my trip that I can find in the liquor store at home. I would look forward to staying there again.

Great Location

The property was great and easy to check-in/out. We were in a great location. We walked everywhere, the Vatican, colosseum, and termini. Although some people may prefer to get a bus to the Vatican and some other locations.

Fantastic stay—highly recommend!We are so glad we canceled our hotel for this condo. The apartment was exactly as advertised: clean, safe, and very comfortable for our family of four.The location near Piazza Barberini is perfect. We walked everywhere—Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and the Pantheon are just 10–15 minutes away, and even Roma Termini is only a 10-minute walk. Excellent coffee (Luna Cafe), convenience stores, and restaurants are right outside the door, and the host provided a stellar list of local recommendations.The WiFi was great, and having an in-unit washing machine (with a drying rack) was a huge plus for daily use. While it wasn't hot enough during our stay to fully test the A/C for a peak summer heatwave, the apartment was incredibly comfortable for us. (I would say, for the American standard, 2 parents plus 2 small kids would be comfortable. For adults might be a little tight, but we rarely stayed home so it was not a big deal during the stay).To top it off, the host was fantastic with communication throughout our entire stay. We would absolutely love to stay here again!(It’s normal for the host to ask for passport information because it’s the requirement in Italy).

Wonderful place-perfect location

I highly recommend staying here! Perfect location-we walked everywhere. Lots of restaurants and shops near-by. My husband and I and 14 year old really enjoyed our stay. Riccardo was quick to respond to any of my questions. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. It has a cute terrace to sit on. I would definitely stay there again.

Fun Flat - Safe location and walking distance to most sites

Really enjoyed our stay in Ricardo’s funky little studio apartment. Especially loved the balcony (and the security as it’s on the alley right behind the lovely presidential palace!)
