In the center of Rome, a stone's throw from Piazza Barberini and metro A, a nice studio apartment with an open space living room with double bed and sofa bed for two people, bathroom with shower cubicle, kitchen and terrace!

APARTMENT RULES:

- ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30-Late checkin fee from 22 to 00:30 of €50.If you arrive after 00:30 proceed to cancell the reservation

- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of € 55 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

- travel cot is available upon request

IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in it is necessary to put the photo of the identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
Guests must send documents relating to the registration of arrivals upon request.
Follow the instructions they will receive on the link sent by our staff.

*In light of the new ART circular. 109 TULPS of the Ministry of the Interior WE ARE OBLIGED TO CARRY OUT the identification of the guest WHO HAS BOOKED and who will stay in our apartments.

Wonderful stay in Rome. Apartment was clean and well organized. Excellent location walking distance to many attractions with great restaurants nearby. Host was extremely attentive to all communication and made the stay pleasant and hassle free.

Upon checking in, we were asked if cleaning was up to our liking which was very nice. Great rate per night and the apartment is in a great area. The shower could use a revamp and a door because it leaks easily.

The room is very close to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps etc and Numerous sidewalk quaint cafes with amazing food and wine. The area was very safe and coffee shop and bakery just couple blocks down. The bed was not the best but not the worst either. The washing machine and drying rack was nice to have . Air Conditioning was very good for us Americans that are spoiled. The app accessible entry door was nice and the key was easily retrieved from lock box at door. The two flights of stairs were not terrible to maneuver with luggage but be aware you do have to carry luggage up two short flights. The recommended driver was very good to use. 10/10 would absolutely stay again.

Clean room, perfect location. The host responded promptly. Good place for a couple for a couple days. A bit noisy, squeaking from the floor above. The bed was firm. Cute little deck. Would recommend.

Regarding the mattress, we would like to clarify that we intentionally chose a firm mattress, as it is generally recommended for adequate back support and is commonly preferred in hospitality settings due to its durability and comfort over time. We know that mattress preference can be very subjective and that what makes us feel comfortable can vary from person to person. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time in Rome. The location couldn’t have been better if you want to stay in the heart of the city. The apartment was reasonably clean, although it felt a little rustic and could use a bit more attention to detail. The best feature was the beautiful terrace, which almost felt like an extra room. Unfortunately, the weather during our stay wasn’t great, so we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we had hoped. Our only real concern was the size. Although the apartment is listed for four guests, we found it too small for four adults and would recommend it for no more than two people. If you’re a couple looking for a place with an excellent location and a lovely terrace, it’s a good option.

Wonderful place to stay!

The host, Riccardo, was very helpful and responded quickly to any requests or questions we had, and the location of the property was perfect - away from crowd noise but a short walk to anywhere you wanted to go. I would stay here again!

Great spot

Location is perfect but off of main streets. Host is extremely responsive and made airport transfers and check in/check out simple. We would stay here again.
