Located in Villanuova sul Clisi, within a beautiful residence with a swimming pool overlooking the lake, an apartment with two bedrooms for a group or family holiday for up to 6 people.



The apartment welcomes guests with the bright living room equipped with a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen.

From the living room you can access the covered private terrace, equipped with a table and chairs for breakfasts and dinners in the open air with a magnificent view of Lake Garda and the hills!

The property continues with the master bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and access to the private terrace; the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a wardrobe and overlooks the private garden at the back.

The layout of this apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower and sanitary fixtures.



*the house is only accessible on foot and is approximately 2 minutes from the entrance and there are several steps to reach it.



*To get to the swimming pool you have to go up stairs (the pool is about 1 minute away).



The residence swimming pool is available from 01 June to 30 September, during the following hours 09:00-13:00 - 15:00-20:00 A swimming cap is required.



*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, a tourist tax may be required, the amount of which varies according to local regulations. You will find all information relating to your booking within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.



Villanuova sul Clisi is a splendid and peaceful town in the Brescia region, in an excellent position for reaching the main attractions. Just 6 minutes from Villanuova, it is possible to reach the marvellous beaches of Salò and the Rocca di Manerba, a nature reserve on the lake with panoramic views. For lovers of fun and carefree enjoyment, Villanuova hosts Giocabosco, a fantastic amusement park where you can connect with nature, and it is very close to other attractions such as Gardaland and the Caneva World water park.



The apartment is easily accessible from the nearby Villafranca Airport in Verona, which is only 45 minutes away by car.

1 semaine au lac de garde

L'emplacement nous a convenu , le logement également, la disposition des pièces, l'équipement, la piscine. Le logement ainsi que la résidence sont bien entretenus mais vieillissant. La climatisation serait un plus. La douche présente une mauvaise évacuation et de mauvaises odeurs s'en degagent regulierement ce nest pas redibitoire en soi mais un peu desagreable. La résidence est en coteau avec de nombreuses marches pour accéder au parking et donc une contrainte pour charger et décharger la voiture et pour rapporter les courses. Le voisinage est occupé par des propriétaires et quelques personnes résidentes permanentes qui sont a notre disposition pour toute question. La propriété est très calme, situe en hauteur agréable pour la vue mais fortement exposé au nuage de pollution atmosphérique ( forte circulation en haute saison autour du lac) les personnes sensibles doivent être prévenues. Dans l'ensemble notre sejour nous a convenu mais le rapport qualite pris nous a semblé un peu juste.

schöner ruhiger Aufenthalt

Traumhafte Lage, ruhig, entspannt, unübertrefflicher Ausblick auf Salo und den unteren Gardasee. Nachts gigantisches Lichtermeer bis rüber zur anderen Seeseite. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, es war alles da was man brauchte und alles in allem super für unseren Aufenthalt. Einziges Manko: die Dusche im Bad sollte komplett erneuert werden.

Schöne Wohnung, super Aussicht aber Verkehrslärm vom Tal

Check-in: Sehr freundlich aber über 30 Min entfernt von Ferienwohung Agentur, bei der der Schlüssel abgeholt und abgegeben werden musste. Schlüsselbox wäre wesentlich einfacher. Schöne Wohnung Lage: Traumhafter Blick auf den Gardasee und die Berge. Leider: Verkehrslärm vom Tal und ständig (alle paar Sekunden) piepsende und tackernde "Ameisenschreckstäbe" in den Gärten der Nachbarn, auch direkt unter dem Balkon.
