Three-bedroom apartment located in the beautiful Piazza Zanardelli in the heart of Salò, convenient to all the main facilities that the town can offer and with a wonderful lake view.



The apartment, located on the first floor, welcomes guests with the bright living room with air conditioning, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen satellite TV, a table with chairs and a fully fitted kitchen with cooker hob, fridge, freezer, oven, orange juicer, dish washer, electric kettle, microwave, American coffee machine and toaster; the living room overlooks to the lake and to the beautiful Piazza Zanardelli. The first bathroom is equipped with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC.

The apartment, provided with free Wi-Fi continues with the sleeping area which consists of a master bedroom fitted with a queen size bed and wardrobe, one with a bunk bed and wardrobe and the last one with a single bed.

The second bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet, WC and washing machine completes the floor.

Famous for the mild climate of Lake Garda and for the original vegetation of cypresses, olive trees and oleanders, Salò offers wonderful historic buildings such as "The Palazzo della Magnifica Patria" and "the Palazzo del Podestà" where in the atrium you can admire the frescoes by Angelo Landi and ancient coats of arms. The historic center is a succession of streets, alleys and squares with stately homes and elegant shops. Salò also offers experiences such as trips by boat, ferry or motorboat reaching other characteristic places on Lake Garda, in addition to the beautiful 3km lakefront with a wonderful view of the crystal clear waters, to be covered on foot or by bicycle.



The apartment can be reached from the close airport of Verona (VRN) with a 50-minute drive.

Perfect location

This is a wonderful space in the perfect location. The beds are comfortable and the living space is very large. You are right in the middle of Salò with a gorgeous view of the lake!

Relaxing holiday

Our family had a lovely relaxing stay, it was our 3rd visit to Salo, so we knew our way around already, but the property is ideally located. Parking not too far away and a lovely snack and dessert bar on the corner. My kids loved having the extra space. Highly recommended

Perfect location with an amazing view!

The apartment was wonderful - decorated nicely, plenty of room, and great location. The space of the apartment allowed us to all be together, yet we could also have alone time when we wanted. There are plenty of bars and restaurants just a few steps away and the ferry is in walking distance also. We loved our time in Salo' and this apartment made our vacation just that more amazing!

Excellent apartment in the center of Saló

Great location in the center of Saló, directly at a piazza including free parking in short walking distance. Typical Italian life is of course audible throughout the day (which we love), but it was very silent during the night as the bedrooms are in the back of the apartment. The apartment is on the first floor of a typical Saló building with high ceilings and a beautiful lake view. Very clean apartment, very professional agency. Spacious for up to 5 people in our view. We'll return :)

A beautiful apartment overlooking the piazza snd the lake. Great location to get to anyplace in Salo. After traveling g in EU for a week prior, it was great having the washing machine to refresh clothing. Directions could have been better as the actual apartment didn’t really follow numerically. Also, knowing to park first in the structure and bring luggage down would have been helpful as there is limited parking on the street. We figured it out with some local Italians who helped us locate the apartment and spoke to the property manager for us. They too agreed the instructions were not too good. That is our only complaint. The property was perfect for our stay!

Not prepared for us to get in.

Beautiful area and nice location. But our apartment was not ready for us to get into until after 8 pm! At least 4 hrs after promised time. Cleaning people came when we were getting in and said , “they had to clean go for dinner” After a long day of traveling we wanted showers, then go to dinner! We went to dinner and came back later. Did not clean well! Coffee maker filled with last persons dirty pods. No bags in trash cans. Gave us clean towels and made the beds. Wonder what they really cleaned? Feel we should have A refund for first day, they said they would check but have not heard back from them and no refund on our credit card. I would not go through this company, Wonderful Italy, again. So sad because they have a beautiful place, but the management is not acceptable.

Wunderbare Lage

Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage und eine gute Ausstattung. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht und mit Waschmaschine ist es perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit Kindern. Der Check In hat gut funktioniert, die Angaben zur Nutzung etc. waren alle sehr genau. Es war etwas schade, dass der gesamte Kontakt nur über Mail/WhatsApp lief und zwischendurch beispielsweise keine Nachfrage kam, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Leider waren auch trotz Buchung für 6 Personen keine Handtücher/Bettzeug für die 6. Person bereit gelegt (haben wir dann aber im Schrank gefunden). Bei der Sauberkeit gibt es etwas Abzüge, da vor der Ankunft die Wohnung eher oberflächlich gesaugt worden war und wir noch das Geschirr der Vormieter aus der Spülmaschine ausräumen mussten. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Alles sehr komfortabel und sauber. Man hat alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Seeblick vom Fenster aus. Einzige Manko ist, dass die Schlafzimmer sehr dunkel ist, weil man da kein Tageslicht bekommt. Uns am hat es nicht gestört.

Super Lage, modern, freundlich

Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und mit allem eingerichtet und ausgestattet, was man in einer Woche Urlaub so alles braucht. Die Wohnung sehr großzügig geschnitten und hat eine super Lage direkt am See. Verschiedene Shopping Möglichkeiten sind zu Fuß super zu erreichen, da sie direkt an der Shopping Meile angrenzt. Auch mehr als genug Restaurants sind innerhalb 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Trotz dieser Lage, war es sehr ruhig und wir konnten alle super gut schlafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel (Aldi) ist im Ort. Dieser ist mit dem Auto innerhalb weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Einziger Punktabzug ist ein fehlender Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung. Man bekommt zwar einen Parkplatz im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus zur Verfügung gestellt, allerdings auch nur einen. Wir waren mit zwei Autos dort und konnten somit nur ein Auto kostenlos parken. Ich denke dies kann man allerdings vorher auch mit dem Vermieter absprechen, wenn man es weis. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter wird über WhatsApp hergestellt. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war super problemlos. Fragen werden sehr schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Alles in allem, können wir diese Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen und wir selber werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Another great stay at Zanardelli

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Salo. Walking distance to everything. Clean, bright, well-equipped apartment. It checks all the boxes for me: air conditioning, induction stove, comfortable, safe and a good value.

Tolle Lage, schöne Wohnung

Die Anreise zur Schlüsselübergabe war etwas holprig, weil unser Navi uns zwar zur "richtigen" Adresse führte, allerdings im Umland und nicht im "Ort". Die Weinbäuerin freut sich aber auch über Besuch 😉. Die Wohnung ist toll, wir waren ehrlich überrascht über Aussicht (wie in der Annonce, in echt noch viel schöner), und die Lage. Saló ist einfach toll. Supermarkt und Bars fußläufig erreichbar. Das Auto steht im Parkhaus perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein schönes zentral gelegenes Objekt. Etwas umständlich ist der Check-in und Check-out, da man hierzu in die je 30 min entfernte Agentur fahren muss. Schade auch, dass es kein deutsches Fernsehen gab.

Wunderbar und unvergesslich

Das Appartement ist sehr gut und funktional ausgestattet, es ist einfach alles vorhanden, was man täglich im Haushalt benötigt. Die Lage ist mit "mitten im Leben" am besten zu beschreiben. Ein Parkplatz steht genialerweise in einem Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Verfügung (1 Min. Fußweg). Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub!

Ottimo appartamento, comodo e funzionale

La connessione wifi sarebbe da migliorare in quanto nelle camere da letto i cellulari risultano essere irraggiungibili (avevo come operatore wind,fastweb e vodafone e nessuno dei 3 funzionava) Di conseguenza la connessione dati diventa l unica possibilità di reperibilità. Inoltre sarebbe opportuno montare dei condizionatori anche nelle camere in quanto il solo splitter interno posizionato in salone non riesce a raffreddare la zona notte
