天然の海塩で消毒が行われる場合、ハイドロマッサージ付きの環境に優しいプライベートスイミングプールを利用できます。
正面には島全体とペロポネソス半島が見え、島を離れるとケファロニア島が見えます。 メインエリアには、最大10名まで収容可能なダイニングルーム、リビングルーム、暖炉、音楽、スマートテレビがあります。また、電気器具、電気炊飯器、食器洗い機、洗濯機を備えた完全装備のキッチンもあります。冷蔵庫。

We had a great stay at Villa Melite. The house and pool are very nice, not to mention the superb sea view and the proximity of several coves. Elena took great care of us throughout our stay.

Spacious property, great location. Pool was fun to have! Property managers so helpful and kind—even returned our daughters water bottle which she left behind…thanks!

We had a lovely week long stay at Villa Melite which is well situated for Askos stone park, the Old Windmill restaurant and the Agios Nicholas harbour. We stayed at the end of the season, and the villa seemed like it had been well used over the summer and could use a little bit of refurbishment and paint and a few things were not in the best of condition. The pool was lovely, and only brought down by a number of mosquitoes, which were quite an annoyance. The villa did provide a number of mosquito nets for the beds though, which were very helpful, but again, some had a few holes and could do with a refresh. In all, a great stay, lovely people to communicate with and we were very happy.

La casa è molto trascurata in tutti i suoi aspetti e l'abbiamo trovata sporca persino nei fornelli e nelle stoviglie. La lavastoviglie non lava bene e la lavatrice perde acqua. Abbiamo avuto un topo in casa di cui abbiamo trovato vari tipi di tracce (vedi foto). Anche il giardino è trascurato. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è assolutamente sproporzionato.

Tolle Villa und super nette Besitzer

Alles soweit super aber Küchenutensilien und Geschirrspülmaschine könnten mal wieder eine Grundreinigung vertragen. Am Pool wäre eine Dusche und zusätzliche Beistelltische toll gewesen aber ansonsten sehr großer gepflegter Pool mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Der Besitzer und Helena waren sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Viele Grüße

Amazing property and host

We stayed at the villa for our family vacation this year and we loved it ! The property is perfect for a family or for couples. It is clean, safe and it has everything you need. The host was so welcoming and toured us around at our arrival. He was also always available for any questions we had during our stay. I would definetly recommand this property :) Thank you Lampros!

We stayed at Melite just one night with my fiancée and we were very happy for our stay. It was everything we imagined and more!! The villa is designed for total relaxation;not only did it not disappoint, it surpassed my expectations. We were greeted warmly by all the staff and we felt like home from all the warmth you take from the place. The people are very kind and pleasant, they welcome you to ask for everything you might need. It is the best place to go for vacation and to escape from daily routine. I recommend this establishment 100%. We will return.

Exceptional stay!!!

Myself, my family and two friends stayed at Villa Melite and it was exceptional!! My three children were playing contentedly all day long at the immense, graceful and safe garden. Our favorite place in the villa was the BBQ, where we all had great time. Likewise, when the children were sleeping at night, we were enjoying cheerfully and quietly the breathtaking view at night at the top of the roof- balcony. We would like to thank from the bottom of our hearts the owner of the house who was constantly by our side in every single help we needed, like guiding us from the airport to the house. Definitely I would recommend to any family or group to visit this large and lovely villa!! I hope to see again that island and to stay again in that villa Thank you.

After my studies as an electrical engineer i returned at Zakynthos so as to continue my life at the place i always loved to be.
Currently i am professionally occupied with Tourism and i own touristic properties.
Tourism was always my ideal profession as it offer ideal moments of relaxation and happiness during their holidays.
At my villa i am sure you meet these feelings as me and my colleagues will do our best to fulfil all your desires during your holidays.

My villa is the ideal place for any family or friend and couple groups to enjoy their private holidays. Plenty of outdoor and indoor space is available and up to 10 people can enjoy their stay.
The private swimming pool is equipped with hydromassage and the most important thing is that no chemicals are used for the disinfection, as natural salt is only used.
