Located in Desenzano del Garda, in the "Residence Villa Giulia" with a communal pool, near the city centre, beach and lake, a ground floor apartment with one bedroom for a couple or family holiday for up to 4 people!



This renovated holiday apartment, equipped with free WiFi internet connection, welcomes guests with its bright living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, dining table with chairs, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, citrus press and coffee machine.



From the living room and bedroom, you access the private terrace and garden of the apartment, which are equipped with a table and chairs for breakfast and lunch outdoors and relaxation moments.

This apartment has the master bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe as well as a bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

Guests have access to a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The pool of the residence is open from 1 June to 30 September. A swimming cap might be required.



The Residence Villa Giulia is located within walking distance of the city centre, the lake and the beach. Restaurants, bars and cafés are within walking distance. Guests can easily reach the beautiful Sirmione peninsula (15 car minutes) to visit the Scaliger Castle, the Catullus Caves and the Aquarium. For those who want to visit the lake, there are boat trips that "touch" the towns of Desenzano del Garda, Manerba, Salò, Riva del Garda, Bardolino and Garda. Families and children can easily reach the amusement parks Gardaland and Movieland (25 minutes by car) and the Caneva Aquapark water park (30 minutes).



The residence is accessible from the nearby Verona airport (40 car minutes) and from the motorway at the Desenzano exit.
