Casa Sonrisa. Holiday home for 8 people with private swimming pool

Casa Sonrisa is a very popular holiday home amongst tourists looking for a property near the beach and the center of town, with a private pool and that can accommodate up to 8 people.
As this property is in Nerja town, as long as you do not have mobility problems, it is the ideal place to not worry about the car, you can easily access on foot the center of the town (approx. 20 minutes), Burriana Beach (Approx. 10 minutes) and there are two supermarkets about 5 minutes walk.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the centre and noisy entertainment venues, you can enjoy the tranquillity by the private swimming pool.
The terrace is south facing, so even in winter, you can enjoy the sun by the pool during most of the day. At the terrace you will find a pérgola under which we have a large table and 8 chairs for your family meals outdoors. We also have 8 sun loungers and several parasols.
Casa Sonrisa is part of a complex of 3 houses together with Casa Tess and Casa Alegria, in total they can accommodate up to 22 people. These three houses only share the entrance from the street and the pools and terraces are exclusive to each house.
Inside you will find the whole house on one floor, although to access the terrace and the entrance of the house there are some stairs.
There is a living room with large sofa, dinning table and a small kitchen that has everything you need (oven, fridge, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, etc). It has TV with both local and international channels, amongst the international ones there are English, French and German channels.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms, two of which have 2 single beds and two with double beds.
It also has of two bathrooms with showers, one of them on suite.
The whole house has air conditioning and heating and has WIFI.
Included in the price is cleaning at the beginning and end of the stay, bedsheets and towels and also beach towels. On request we can also offer cots and high chairs at no additional cost.
We offer the possibility of accepting animals only outside the months between May and October.
We offer prices with great discounts for winter stays longer than 2 months.
